Jeff really is "friendly". Also professional and accommodating. He's been doing this a long time and knows what he's doing. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

We had a nasty leak from a washing mashing that soaked our carpets, Jeff was over within the hour to help us out and the carpet looked better than before thanks to him!

I called these guys when I was moving out of rental. The carpets were pretty ugly by the front door and I was worried about my security deposit. They made the carpet look almost brand new. I was really amazed. Then when I moved into my new place I knew exactly who to call to get the job done.

Friendly’s is the way to go! Jeff cleaned my apartment carpets and I couldn’t believe how filthy they were after only 6 months (I’m a meticulous cleaner but carpet is difficult). He even showed me the grime coming up in the machine! I hate living on carpet but having Jeff clean them so thoroughly gave me peace of mind. He had to bring his equipment up three flights of stairs in the blazing heat! I really appreciated all of his hard work and determination to clean my living space.
