Essential Air came out the same day. He promptly examined the unit, located the problem (the fan broke), WENT STRAIGHT TO THE SUPPLIER AND CAME BACK WITH THE NEW FAN IN ABOUT 45 MINUTES. And fixed our A/C. Best A/C contractor experience we've had since moving to Florida.

Unfortunately I had some people in here that screwed me over and took my money but when I contacted Charlie he came over ASAP and took care of my problem while showing me step-by-step what he was doing.
