On 5/5/25 at 8:45AM, I requested service for my electric dryer. I was informed that someone would be available between 4:00PM-6:00PM. By 3:30PM my dryer was repaired and working properly. Eli is a man of few words, but his work speaks volumes. KUDOs!!! Additionally, the office folks kept us informed of changes to the time frame for the arrival of the technician. A well rounded operation.

My Bosch dishwasher stopped working so I called GEMCA for service. I was able to get a next day appointment at the time that was convenient for me. I received a text when the technician was on his way. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. In less than 30 minutes he had successfully fixed the problem and explained what he had done. The charge was reasonable and I am happy to have my dishwasher up and running again. I recommend this company for any appliance repairs without reservation.

Priceless! I called at noon and they came 3 hours later on a Saturday. Reasonable diagnostic fee and quote right on the spot. They had the part so they came the next day, Sunday!!! at noon. Only 24 hours without refrigerator ! GE Monogram side by side . They left kitchen in perfect condition, too. Friendly guys. They tried to save me money but giving honest advice for future work.
