Our home warranty company contracted this company to fix our fridge. Their receptionist was proactive in updating and informing me about the service appointment times. Vadym diagnosed the problem on the first visit, ordered the parts to fix it, and made the repair efficiently on the second visit. He was very kind and seemed quite competent. Thank you for the service!

Paid 108 for diagnostic for my dryer and range.He couldn't even tell what the exact problem was.He said it could be the dryer vent or heating element which would could 340 to fix.I was shocked.Had to call another company.

Called the ORLANDO location back in October for a dryer repair paid the service fee and the part which totaled $250 it is now April and my dryer isn't producing any heat. I called seeing what my warranty covers and because I didnt have the brand listed in their policy even though they did the repair they said it will not be covered and I would have to pay for full service again. Im highly upset that I trusted this company and received subpar service. That money could have went towards a new machine.
