While she contacted a plumber to fix her leak, her home damage was completely restored by Pro Masters. I would consider them first should you ever have the misfortune of household damage and is in need of restoration repairs and services.

Looked around at a few different companies and decided to give Promasters a try since it had good reviews. Let me tell you it was definitely worth it. Joshua, one of the owners was very communicative and professional throughout the whole process. They fixed my flooring from some water damage and did a great job. Can’t beat the service and pricing.

Melissa and Josh were great. They were professional and engaged with me and my concerns. I would have used them for the job had I went thru insurance. Unfortunately we did not want that as we just moved here and the ink wasn’t dry yet from our signatures purchasing the insurance and did not want to get dropped. Would reach out to them if I ever needed another restoration companies assistance.

This company helped us with mold remediation after house flooding. They worked around their schedule to fit our job to their schedule ASAP and promptly started work at our property! They conducted business very in a very professional manner, provided services that they promised to and were reasonable with pricing for their job comparing to competitors quotes. Would totally recommend!

Have now used Pro Master several times. Not only have the responded quick. Josh and his team are very talented, knowledgeable, and do a very thorough job. Everything from repairing/restoration, cleaning, and water removal. As a property manager and vacation rental investor. I know that I will be using Pro Master for future issues. They always leave our units better than before (the water damage). I certainly value my time and they make it easy.

Fast & highly reliable!! These guys are great at what they do. I had an overflow from my washing machine that ended up damaging my flooring and even got as far as the garage where a good amount of the water was seeping out of. They are very responsive and accommodating. Called them to come to our house to do an estimate on a water damage we had. They came on time and very thorough through the whole process. I had tenants who recently moved out and while I was working on getting the house painted, cleaned and ready for new tenants, I discovered mold growing on the ceiling and vents in one of the bathrooms — It was disgusting. All I could think about is who do I call, how long is it going to take and how long?

I search in Google and found several Mold Remediation companies in my area. I called a few many did not pick up or could not accommodate the quick turnaround I needed due to painters being scheduled to paint the home, in a few days.

I told him that I needed a quick turnaround due to services that were scheduled at the home and if he could check out the mold, and give me a quote and schedule my appointment as soon as possible, I would appreciate it.

Less than 2 hours later, on a Friday evening by the way, Joshua was at my property assessing the mold. I was quite impressed because these days there is such a lack of customer service, and I was not expecting someone to be accommodating to my issue.

Joshua assessed the mold, provided exterior, and interior pictures of the home, his mold report as well as quote for mold remediation within 24 hours of my call with him. Not only was Pro Master accommodating and quick to respond, prices were very reasonable.

Mold is not an easy thing to deal with and dealt with incorrectly could be very costly, heath and monetarily. As a landlord it is nice to have a solid team and vendors to work with. Pro Master is definitely on my preferred vendor list.

The toilet in my master bathroom overflowed and it caused water to go basically everywhere in my house. I searched on my phone for a "Emergency flood cleanup company" and Pro Master was at the top of the list. I figured it must be for a reason so I gave them a call and within the hour they were at my home.

They explained to me the process and calmed me and my family's nerves. The entire process went smooth and I am so grateful for all of their hard work.

proMaster did an amazing job handling water damage that led to Mould. They were fantastic in working with the insurance company and we literally came out of pocket just started deductible. The house looks better than it did before the damages. I can’t. Thank you enough. I highly recommend them.

I’m normally not one to recommend but this company has wowed me, they did an amazing job if you want the ducts of your A/C to be cleaned and restored.
