I have been coming to this supply house for all my electrical needs for years and years, James is my go to salesman and is always there when needed, Walter and Mike at the counter are top notch with giving me my orders and last minute ordering. Glenn is always there as well if james is off for the day, the team here at the Kissimmee branch is the best and makes you feel like family Nestor truly runs a amazing crew and you feel welcomed everytime you enter the doors

Worst customer service. Not willing to help figure out what we need since I did not no correct name of part but described it to him and he new what I was talking about. But refused to help me. Never will go there or tell anyone about this place. KARMA

Poor customer service ordered a part and told me it would be in the next day. We called the next day and they blew us off. Called later and the said it would be there the next day. Called that day and they said they were closed for inventory and couldn’t help us until the following Monday. After reading my review the manager then called me to argue with me and then hung up on me. I’ve been using City Electric for 4 years and never had a single issue. I use World Electric for the first time and nothing but disrespect and poor customer service from start to finish
