Additionally, don't ARGUE with someone that was interested in your services - calling me to request the review to be deleted was a little silly.

I went with another company anyways, I need actual lawn care and pest control with certified technicians.

I hate to have to leave a lower review since he's priced competitively. But he doesn't answer the phone. He also basically stopped showing up without notice.

Used for 6 months but the last 2-3 months he's only came 1/3-4 weeks unlike the agreed upon 2 weeks. He never gives any heads up if he's late either. Also didn't keep up with trimming the trees or bush or palm tree. They didn't need a lot but he kept not doing it. Had to tell him we no longer needed his services. He didn't even respond to it.

You won't regret booking with this company. Messages at 7 in the morning and got a last min booking by 8:30am. The appointment was set for 2 but the worker arrived earlier. She took her time and she was great. I'll update once she is finally done.

I used this service for move out cleaning. The quote included all the items on my list including interior appliances, mirrored wardrobe doors, interior of cabinets in bath and kitchen. They brought all products, supplies, and machines. If I was staying in the area, I would be retaining this company for a monthly cleaning. Great experience.

Wonderful experience with K&C Cleaning Corporation . Used them for a move out clean for our old apt. Their service reasonably priced ! Very dependable as they also arrived on time! Will use them again to clean new apt!

This company is a scam. They advertise in Miami, Tampa, Orlando, and Kissimmee. Don’t trust any of their locations.

Very rude person who answered my message through the Facebook add. That person needs Professional classes on how to properly deal with public. If you don’t know how to deal with people you better not answer any clients messages!!!!

The person in the rugged diamond duct cleaning van almost hit 4 people on the interstate.

Business card with no technician name,change price as soon as he arrived. Asking unauthorized travel fee.if i don't pay fees they threatened me to sell my house ????

Horrible service. Up charged me immediately to clean my ducts but only cleaned halfway what was seen. I 100% do not recommend this service. I feel like I was robbed by the technician then I called the office and they didn’t care.

My experience with this company was disappointing. While the technician provided excellent service, the communication via text messages was inadequate, leaving much to be desired. I’ll let you draw your own conclusions.

I made an appointment for a furnace cleaning with Greg Horton prior to the start of the winter season since I've always believed in preventative maintenance. It proved to be a wise choice!
My furnace was blocked with dust and grime, which the specialists said may have caused overheating or even a system breakdown. My furnace is now operating at its best efficiency and I was able to avoid expensive repairs because of their meticulous cleaning. Anyone who wishes to prolong the life of their heating system must have this service!

The HVAC was producing feeble air, so I arranged a cleaning. I was shown how dusty the blower was by Cameron. After air duct cleaning, he did blower cleaning and also checked the dryer vent which was filled with lint. He did coil cleaning too, which helped the cooling fast. I didn't anticipate such a significant change.

When our furnace started rattling, we reached out to Greg Horton HVAC in Kissimmee, FL. They took apart the blower system and showed us how much dust was stuck inside. They performed blower cleaning, coil cleaning, and a deep furnace cleaning. The noise is gone, and the system runs like a dream now. Their honesty and professionalism stood out.
