We had BIG issues with our new AC system installed by another company . We called Chris at Top Tech Air Solutions he came the next day assessed the situation then sat down with us and explained everything in simple terms so I could understand what was wrong! In short the previous company had installed inside and outside components that were not compatible! They never even tied down the outside equipment incase of hurricanes. After explaining everything and getting the go ahead from us, Chris spent 3+ hours on his phone finding the proper equipment giving us quotes and we ordered it. The next day he came back with the 2 new outside components and installed them, reset the thermostat. Chris was very sympathetic regarding the loss we took having to buy 2 new outside components
that he helped us write an ad to sell the 3 month old components he replaced
We have a contract with him as our personal HVAC guy!! Thank you Chris! -

I had the pleasure of working with Chris. My tech person Ruddy, was very detailed oriented and explained the process in layman’s terms which was great. Because of how comfortable I felt with them, I hired them to do the work. I really appreciate the team’s dedication and patience, especially Chris, who understood my situation. Thank you so much!!!

We used Top Tech to replace our entire duct work and were very satisfied with the work. Chris took the time to answer any concerns we had about the work needed, and also financing.
the work was completed withing the time given, and it was done neatly.
Definitely recommend using Top Tech.
