Completed the job in a very timely manner. They cleaned up and took all cuttings with them. Very pleased with their service.

I would not recommend this company. Our property management has a contract with this company to do service like lay sod. First, they scheduled a date to come out and do the inspection from 8am-6pm but after waiting the whole day they never came out. So I called them the following day to ask what happened, they said they needed to reschedule but never gave me an explanation the 2 females that I spoke to was going back and forth with me and was somewhat rude also when we were trying to reschedule.

And after 2 visits they came out to lay the sod and reroot the ground. When they rerooted the ground they cut off my neighbors and my cable/internet lines and didn’t even tell us until we asked them about it. So we had no internet for 2 days (and I WFH) so I had to use my days off because they cut off the internet line and my cable company came the following day late.

If you have an option please be cautious with this company as they are very bad at communicating and have very bad customer service. The job for the sod was ok but the hassle is not worth your time and money in my opinion.

Really amazing experience all the way around. All of the guys that came out were extremely friendly and they brought quality grass to us. They were very kind and eager to please us. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

This is without a doubt the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. They were contracted to our house from Invitation Homes multiple times.

One of the times, they came to lay down new sod and left a beer can and a bottle of powerade in our driveway. They also left the driveway a complete mess with grass everywhere.

What's funny is that I opened a work order for them to come back and clean their mess up, and all they did was send a guy out to give an estimate to clean it lol.

This most recent visit they came to try to fix our sprinkler system for about the 10th time, and left a broken nozzle all over our driveway, and a bag of them in our walkway.

Unfortunately Invitation Homes keeps hiring them so I guess we're stuck with them, but look elsewhere if you need anything done.

This company came out and laid sod and they should be ashamed. They neglected to remove the all of the existing grass prior to laying down the new sod. The also neglected to level the ground out prior to. And neglected to properly trim the area around the mailbox pole or the utilities cover. I would not recommend this company.

They have done an excellent job on putting up my new fence I highly recommend them. Very nice

PPM Outdoor was contracted through FirstKey Homes to trim back a massive stack of bamboo. They did a reasonable job with the work, but there was some damage to the yard and a few items from the stump grinder and bamboo removal. That being said, they were quick to respond, took ownership, and worked with sincerity to make things right. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters to me is how quickly and fairly they’re resolved—just as much as the quality of the job itself. As a resident, I don't have much say in the yard and what they're contracted to do so zero complaints all around. Thank you.

From day one of the estimate these guys were top notch. Friendly and professional, they definitely care about what they do. I'd welcome them back anytime. They made sure to protect all my valued items from tree debris damages

PPM Outdoors are NOT proficient or skilled in trimming palm trees. PPM Outdoors was contracted to trim two palm trees at our new residence. The photos below speak for themselves. They grossly over trimmed the palm trees to the point they may not survive. They did not skin the frond base 3’ below the terminal growth as expected from a professional arborist. They left our trees butchered and covered in unsightly layers of frond bases covering most of the tree. They left the property without knocking on our door or showing us their finished work. Please do not hire this company! The photos are the AFTER 😭.

My irrigation system was damaged by the crew installing underground fiber optic. Pelor was contacted and sent out a gentleman named Yomar to survey the damage. The broken lines had been buried by the fiber optic crew and left to leak underground. Yomar took the time to locate all of the damage and make the necessary repairs. He went above and beyond to correctly identify all of the damage and make the repairs the first time! We had other companies out previous to Pelor that didn't seem to care or take the time to get to a conclusion. Yomar did a fantastic job of diagnosing all of the issues and doing a great job making the repairs. The irrigation is working better than it was originally, and I would recommend Pelor and especially Yomar!!

Collin and Jimmy were super hands up were quick to jump on the job. Actually did a great job in finding all the issues on the irrigation with out contacting me directly since I wasn’t home at the time they showed up. Awesome job finding the multiple broken lines on their own. Great job guys!!

They came and laid down sod yesterday for a house we rent through invitation homes and did a horrible job. This is their second time coming out to lay sod. Although they did prep the lawn this time by removing the old sod, it is so disorganized and clumps on top of each other. We’re going to break an ankle trying to mow this, not to mention how dead the sod already is.

These guys were in and out within an hour! They did a great job and cleaned everything up afterwards. Looks great!

The team installed/replaced a new water pump for our yard which I'm sure was the first one for the house. Their installation was flawless and they even re-programmed the system to our previous schedule! Yomar and Jimmy are amazing technicians, can't recommend enough!

They trampled and buried my monstera plant under mulch. Trimmed the bougainvillea and hedge so far back that they created an egress into the side yard. Didn’t even bother with the backside of the hedge. They left branches and debris everywhere and palm fronds dangling from fibers on the palm tree that are still falling a week and a half later.

HOA (first key homes, winter haven) forced us to get patches of sod in our yard and had them tear up our regular normal yard for this stuff, already looked dry and yellow and patchy. We already spent hundreds of dollars getting stuff for the yard we had and was in the process of fixing it up before it was ripped apart. I would say it is better but its not, would not recommend getting this done if you can prevent it.

This company came to my property and fixed a sprinkler issue that I had forever these people are very professional and amazing. They did an amazing job. Thank you so much!

If I could rate this company ZERO STARS then I would! They were disgusting. Trashed our cars with dirt and mud, flung rocks onto my neighbor truck causing damage, talked crap about the military while performing the service (my neighbor has a flag for the marines in front of his house and we have them on video recording talking crap about the military!). Not only that, they didn’t even clean up after themselves and left our yard destroyed! My husband was on site and tried to ask them to be more cautious and whoever he spoke to straight up told him “I don’t care, it’s not my car so it’s not my problem”. Absolutely ATROCIOUS. Pics of how our yard was left and the state in which they destroyed our cars that JUST got detailed! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. You should be ashamed of yourselves for not only the terrible behavior of your employees but also for the way they left and didn’t finish the job properly!
