These folks ran an entire exterior wash for us: patios, pool deck, walls, doors, trim, ceilings, fences, sidewalks, everything. They were on time and efficient. everything came out great, and communication was phenomenal. They even made some recommendations about other concerns around the house to look into. I highly recommend Eric for all of your pressure washing needs. He is very responsive. He responded very quickly to my text and provided a quote which was reasonable. He is also an honest businessman. When he intially arrived to complete the work, he was honest enough to tell me that my driveway did not need to be pressure washed. I couldn't believe that he did that. That type of honesty when doing business is rare these days. It was very refreshing. I eventually called him to remove a few stains that were in the driveway and he did a great job. The work was impressive.

HOA said our roof was dirty. Called up Eric and scheduled an appointment after looking through reviews online. Making the appointment was easy as Eric is very responsive and communicative. Gave me a quote beforehand so there were no surprises. Day of appointment Eric sent a text about an hour before saying when he would arrive.

Once on site he gave a thorough explanation of the process and we did a walk around of the house. He inspected and took before photos of the tiles to make sure all were in good order. The process didn’t take long and Eric took extra care to ensure our plants near the house were protected. After he did a great job cleaning up the area with many different available options for payment. I would not hesitate to use Eric again. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. My HOA sent me a letter to clean my roof, siding, and fence. I called Eric after reading his reviews online. I left a message and he called me back immediately. I told him I needed a Roof Cleaning, House Wash, and Fence Cleaning. He was professional and courteous and explained everything to me on the phone. I also decided while I was talking to him to get a quote on Driveway and Pool Area cleaning also. After we talked for a while he told me he would send Quote to my email. The Quote was sent quickly and after finding his price to be very competitive, I spoke to my wife and we decided to use his services. I called him and he put me on his schedule. He let me know on that day when he was on his way. He showed up and walked around the property and explained the process. He worked the rest of the day till dark to get done as it was a big job. He returned in the morning to finish and touch up. Everything was perfect. House, fence, roof, driveway, sidewalks, and pool area look absolutely beautiful!
