unscrupulous, poorly explained, and overcharging are only some of the areas that best describe this company. I called them and truly they were quick to respond. The estimate was $480.00 to remove on chandelier and bring it to the other location and install it. The chain was too short, so they mentioned that they could obtain the chain for me and lengthen the drop. They returned about 2 hours later, failed to inform me that they were going to Okeechobee Boulevard to some service area to get the chain, which is more than likely available at Home Depot down the street . The electrician took his helper, who strangely enough earns the same amount as the electrician, and returned to complete the job. Final bill $1,276.95. The lights do work, but are very costly!

Since then, I have had two electricians in the home, they all laughed at the price.

Caveat emptor, let the buyer beware!

Dave was the consummate professional - arrived on time, was completely informed and was very easy to converse with about our electrical issues. I would recommend him without reservation and certainly would call him again.

Called Ochoa Electric Services to fix an electrical issue that I had. They are easy to talk to, friendly, reliable, efficient and does clean work. He came, inspected the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. He's also Bilingual ( English/Spanish).
