Joanie and team do a superb job making sure our vacation rental condo is spotless. She's a true pro who knows what our place needs to look like and how to get it that way. She's also does what I could never get my old housekeeper to do, by keeping me abreast of things that are broken or need replacement, she helps keep our place on the right track! Look, it doesn't matter how great your place is, if a guest finds a stray hair in the tub or food stuck to a plate, all your hard work will be lost. One negative review saying your place is dirty and you'll lose valuable revenue. In the vacation rental biz, cleanliness is everything and that's even more true today, during these pandemic times! Her team follows the latest guidance and industry best practices for keeping indoor spaces virus-free. Do yourself a favor and hire Joanie...she makes sure our place looks great and without any hassle! The best part is knowing that my place is ALWAYS cleaned to the highest standard! we have used Joanies Cleaning Service for a year and are so pleased with their service. We are out of town owners and rent our units throughout the year. It is very important that when the guests arrive the units are clean. Joanie sends pictures of the units when they are finished so we know it is ready for the guests. She lets us know if there is a maintenance issue that needs to be addressed or if guests have left the unit a mess and/or with damage. Joanie is fantastic.

Joanie's work is amazing. She and her employees are very meticulous with their cleaning, always ensuring their clients are happy. From small properties to large properties, residential to commercial, they do it all! I highly recommend Joanie's Cleaning Service.
