Loftin installed our water heater same day as the service call. They were very knowledgeable and professional. We had a complication that I didn’t call in for months because I got busy and when I did, they were here in an hour and fixed it for no charge. I would highly recommend them!

I called Loftin Plumbing based on many positive customer reviews. From the initial call for information and getting the work done (the following day!) they were professional, competent, and efficient. My service tech, Matt, got the job done in less time than I ever expected. He was the best! I will call Loftin Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and would recommend them (and Matt) without hesitation.

Loftin Plumbing's team is fantastic!! We couldn't be more happier with their work and service!! We had our water heater go out over the weekend and had to take cold showers for a few days, brrr! I know it's hot as you know what down here but it's still nice to take hot showers at the end of the day. I called them up and they came out the very next morning. Mike and his partner were top notch with their work and service. They were both so very polite and were truthful with what was going on which is unheard of now a days with other companies. They did a maintenance to the water heater and got the hot water to work again. He said if it does go out again, then that means a flow sensor will need replacing. He even said with our water heater, depending on when it was purchased, should have a warranty for this part and we would only have to pay for the labor for them to install it. He also said they would even handle calling into the company to get the warranty handled. Another company would not of been this truthful and would of probably quoted up the flow sensor. We highly recommend Loftin Plumbing!!

Service was good, however I was charged $110.00 for a toilet flap….that was a bit extreme.

Matt was on time, went right to work on the job and completed in an hour. This was maintenance on my tankless water heater. Everything was fine after the service. Nice to find folks who are responsive and get the job done.
