I have attempted to contact Rod more than 5 times. Left voicemails, emails and txt messages to which I never received a response. When contacting Fisher Paykel to let the company know the service was unresponsive I was told they had refused to service my appliances because of the interaction we’ve had. Which leaves me bewildered because I’ve never spoken with them or had any kind of interaction other than polite requests to get the appliance looked at. Rod is obviously unprofessional and refuses to accommodate the needs of customers. Will be sure to let all friends and family know not to use this companies services.
