Melissa is probably one of the only tree companies that is owned and ran by a woman and don’t let that fool you because she kills it!! After hurricane Ian I had 8 trees down on my farm and she came in and cleared them all like nothing had happened. I will always use and highly recommend this company!

I can't say enough about this company. Melissa, the owner is on the job site, making sure the trimming is done properly and cleaned up to perfection. You won't even know they were there,except for the beautiful tree she has trimmed for you. I highly recommend this company.

My first impression of Melissa was of high professionalism.She provided insurance certificates and other required documents with speed I've not experienced. The tree was removed as stated. My only complaint is with the stump grinding, Even tho I was told the stump would be removed the day of the tree removal,it was the following day. While the delay is not a problem,it would have been helpful for her to tell me. I been cheated by many companies over the years and when the stump was not removed as stated I thought,I should have not paid her till job complete Anyway my only complaint is lack of some communication other than that...A job well done

It took us awhile to find a competent tree service for a broken oak tree branch after Milton. I went through a half dozen companies before settling on Long Branch. Melissa, whom I believe is the owner, could not have been easier to work with, including the price. We set a date and they came at the time they promised. Imagine that. They did such a great job, I plan on using them before next Hurricane season to remove some long branches over our roof and devine our large Oak tree. I couldn't be happier!

I had two small trees in my backyard that needed to be removed, two to trim back away from my roof and several bushes needing to be removed for a landscaping project. I called Long Branch Tree Service (LBTS) last Friday to schedule a time for an estimate. To my amazement, Melissa (the owner) said she could be here Saturday (the next day) at 10:30. Saturday Melissa showed up right at 10:30. She surveyed the project and gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot. She said she could probably be here Monday, but would need to check their schedule and would let me know. Sunday she confirmed they would be here Monday between 12:00 and 12:30.
LBTS arrived yesterday right when they were scheduled to, got right to work and got it all done in 1-1/2 hours. The crew (lead by Melissa with chainsaw in hand) was very professional, courteous, and friendly. When they were finished, they cleaned everything up and you’d never know they were here.
If you have any trees or shrubs that need to be removed trimmed back or cleaned up, I strongly recommend you give Long Branch Tree Service a call.

They were very quick to come out and give me a quote and able to do the job in a very timely manner. They completed everything I asked for and cleaned up the site afterwards. I highly recommend Long Branch Tree Service. I have very large oak trees and cherry laurel trees on my property. I have one very large oak close to my kitchen and Florida room. The oak has some issues, but LB was able to trim it so it is safe and has a longer life.
Prompt, on time, reasonable, professional, good communication. Clean up and attention to detail, means alot. LB treated my property like it was theirs. Thank you, LB.

I called 5 or 6 different companies to trim my palms. I understand that they are pretty busy, however, long branch answered the call and set us up quickly.

As for the work, perfect! We were very happy with the whole process.

Melissa and her team showed up when they said they would and make quick mulch out of the four stumps. Also took down a tree in front of the house. Fast and professional. AMAZING! They were done in under an hour. Great team.

Melissa was responsive and timely with answering the phone. She gave a great quote. The crew was very professional. She got the permit in short order, and they took down a huge tree that was at the end of its life. I am very grateful to them for their work.
