I called alumni at 6pm on a Friday and the owner Hugh called me right back, helped me every step of the way. Within 2 days
My new a/c was installed. Hugh and his team showed up on time, installation went smooth, guys did a great job! Im now enjoying my new a/c. 😀. I will Never use any other company. Thanks guys.

I was afraid to call for service because I have been gouged in the past but Hugh was upfront with me, showed me the problem and let me watch over his shoulder as he corrected the problem. my a/c unit was up and running in minutes. My AC went out on a Thursday night about 8pm. I called Alumni air and they were there by 9pm I couldn’t believe it. The best part about it was there was no funny business. They fixed what was wrong, charged me only for what was wrong and they were gone just as quick as they had arrived. I never leave reviews good or bad but I’m grateful for this company so I decided I had to. Thank you again!

The short story is Alumni AC installed a replacement AC unit within one day.
The long story is that my situation was challenging and the weather was brutally hot. The best part about this job is Hugh Smith. He was honest, professional and on budget. The financing he offered is the best.

Had Hugh come today to repair my ac unit . Unfortunately it was not repairable so he and his employee Austin replaced my downstairs unit. Not only was the job very professional in all aspects, the ac is working better than anytime since we have lived in our home. It’s going to be nice to have to curl up under a blanket tonight . Thank you for helping us in the middle of the night, in the heat of July! This is the worst time to have your AC unit stop working! I called Alumni AC for a second opinion after receiving an initial quote from another company. The first company wanted to charge me an astronomical amount and said the work would take four hours! After Hugh came over and inspected my AC himself, I received an estimate from him at a much lower rate. Also, after finding out that my AC was cooling at all, he made every effort to get the issue resolved right away. The four hour job for the other company took less than an hour. Alumni AC will be my first call from now on.

Alumni A/C came to my rescue. I had ac problems with a 6 yrs old a/c unit and I was constantly getting the run around with another A/C company. I noticed the a/c was not cooling at all. They were just doing a service call recharging the system and charging me and not actually fixing the problem. I called Alumni A/C and Mr. Smith identified the problem right away. Not only the unit was bad it also had leaks. Miner leaks are easily over looked and are the worst leaks he said. It cause the a/c unit to freeze up and work harder. Its a possibility it shorten the life span of the a/c unit. No telling how long the leaks was there he said. Mr. Smith installed a new a/c unit in timely manor and fixed all the leaks. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for a/c work. Thank you Alumni A/C for your honesty and professional a/c work.

Alumni AC is a true Blessing! Got 4 quotes and they were the most reasonable and in my opinion the most professional. Hugh Smith identified the need of the service right from the jump. Diagnosed the job and gave me a competitive quote. Work was started when promised and was very professional. Installed a new coil and condenser while bringing everything to code. Cleaned up the area and left the place cooler than ice.

Alumni AC did an outstanding job from start to finish with installing a new AC unit in my condo. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I 100% recommend Alumni they beat everyone’s price which saved me lots of money.

My Air Conditioning unit stopped working on a hot, humid Friday evening. I have a service plan with another A/C service company but they didn't have any availability...I needed help immediately it was in the 90’s... A close friend recommended her service guy Hugh, Almuni Air Inc.
I called him and he was immediately in ” fix it” mode. He was professional, knowledgable and thoughtful...and affordable. He pointed out concerns that needed to be addressed immediately.
The A/C guys whom I used prior installed my A/C and never resolved the open permit. This was a great catch... Called the county to resolve. I also had an ongoing leak that cost me to replace freon... The previous guys who came out a couple months ago never brought it to my attention.
Alumni air was able to resolve the issue and we now have cold air! I am now with Alumni air

Our ac stopped working and we were in need of ac repair/replacement service and called Alumni AC. The owner of the company was very friendly and promised to get someone out the same day, not only did the owner and a technician come out but my family felt confidant that we wanted to do business with this company. We had previously contacted several other companies whom we felt estimates for repairs and replacements were over our budget and whose good customer service skills were lacking. Needless to say that was not the case for Alumni. We found them not pushy in trying to sell us a new product, as a matter of fact the owner kept telling us our old ac was fixable, that let us know He cared about our budget and was not out to get our money. Well we did decide on a new ac and that was the best decision we could have ever made. Too busy enjoying our system, the owner had to call us to find out if everything was ok. In case I forgot to mention our system was fully put in in less than three hours! Would I recommend Alumni AC? Already Have!

5 years ago Alumni AC installed a cooling unit. They were great !! they installed the system in one day. 5 years later It stopped working, on a Friday. Another company came to fix it saying it needed 3 parts. The parts weren't ordered till Tuesday so I called Alumni, the owner came over and 1 hour later I had ac. It was a relatively easy fix and no parts were needed.
Alumni is professional and honest, I reccomend them for ALL your ac needs.

Want to thank Alumni AC for coming out and doing a great job this week. We had a 12 year old ac unit, and it was using old R22 freon. The coil was rusted out and leaking, which the technician took apart the unit and showed us. He said that it can be repaired, but we decided to go with a new efficient system. The permits were pulled efficiently and all the inspections passed.
I want to give a special thank you to Alumni Air conditioning for their help in getting me a new system.
