Fraudulent company. Over bill for work. Incompetent technicians. I actually repaired my Takagi Tankless Water Heater my self after the Tech stated the whole unit had to be replaced.

These guys are a class act. Good, friendly people with great service. And they don't try to up-sell you anything. They have been to my house for three different projects and always do a great job.

Driver needs to seriously slow his role and stay in his lane. Its Ridiculous i have to leave a review about one of your drivers flicking people off, tailgating people and not using their blinkers and cutting people off almost hitting them. His negativity put a sour taste in your name.

They came out the next day after I called to solve a leak problem I was having. They were quick ,clean and affordable. I would recommend them anytime.

Great Customer Service. Plumber was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. The fix was as quick. Great pricing and they've been in business a Looooooongtime. I know why too.

Nice guy but he broke the faucet while installing cartridges. So next day my kitchen floor was wet from new leak. He came back says i have to buy a new faucet (so he can charge again for installation.) Bad business. Now i have to get another plumber charging 200 to install faucet.

If I had not used this company plenty of times over the years I would be so afraid to try them. I read some unkind things about the service this company has provided and it sounds like there must be more to the story than we are being told.
In all my years of dealing with this company I was never treated with ANY disrespect from anyone. The service has always been quite professional with no problems ever. It sounds like someone didn't give us the whole story, and that's usually the way that works.

Called this place to have a toilet reinstalled after having my floors done. Made an appointment and they gave me a call and hour before the scheduled appointment time and said they couldn’t come out for another three days. The office staff was not very friendly but then again what do you expect from a plumber. I took my business elsewhere . My recommendation look up a larger company that has better customer service because you will not find that at Independent plumbing

Horrible company to deal with. Every time I call, the one plumber they have is never available. I called for an emergency today and they told me that they couldn't come out until Friday at the earliest. It's always excuses with them when I call. I am through dealing with these clowns. I am using Channelside Plumbing and I suggest you do yourselves a favor and use them too. They are ALWAYS available within the hour and are honest as the day is long. I have taken Independent Plumbing off of my vender call list and deleted them from my phone.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Very trustworthy. Fast, excellent service. Patiently answered many questions and helped us get the hot water heater that was right for our home and family. Also promptly fixed a separate plumbing issue at our office.

Everyone I worked with, from Michele in the office to the service technician, Doug, were very professional and helpful. Everything was clearly communicated to me and the work was performed in a timely manner. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family!

I called this company after they were recommended by a contractor who uses them. I asked to schedule a time that someone could come provide me with a quote. I was told that only the 2 owners do the quotes and that they will just "stop by" if and when they are in the area, and that it should be within the next 2 weeks? Huh??? What are the odds that I will be home when they "stop by"? What kind of business operates this way? It's been well over a month now, and nobody ever "stopped by" or even called to follow up, and this is after I called them 3 times. Sorry guys, I don't do business with a company that treats me with that little respect.
