My Lennox Air Conditioning unit was not performing correctly in the 90 degree Summer heat. Thermostat was set at 74 degrees and starting at 2:00pm the inside temp would start climbing to 76, 77,78 and 79 degrees. Turns out that the unit was low on Freon. My home is only 2.5 years old and I wanted a repair to be made. Elon came to my rescue! He refilled the Freon which was needed and then checked the HVAC unit itself for leaks. A patch of ice had formed inside the unit, so he set the thermostat to heat at 85 degrees for 30 minutes to melt the ice. Next I reset the thermostat to Cool at 74 degrees which the temperature has stayed at since yesterday (over 24 hours). He thoroughly explained the situation to me and remedied the problem. Thank You "Fuse HVAC Repair" and Elon. Their price was fair and yes I would use them again.

Came to the house, early, which was perfectly fine, lifted the lid of my washing machine, took down the make and model and maybe the serial number, closed the lid, and asked for the sixty dollars due. When I filled out the claim with Premier insurance, all that was provided to them and all the tech or his company had to do was ask Premier for it. Let's face it, the truth is he was here to collect the money not in diagnosing the problem. Tech and/or his company is suppose to call Premier with the diagnosis and estimate but when the tech got the info did no such thing. I called premier and they said they will contact the tech company. I asked the tech when they will be back to actually fix it and he said when the parts come in in a week but more than likely the week after. This company doesn't seem to be too concerned that I won't have a working washing machine for that amount of time. I raised this concern to tech, he said I could still use the machine, it washes, it just doesn't spin. How does this tech think the washer washes clothes without the movement of the tub inside it? Does this tech think I should skip the spin cycle and wring the clothes out by hand? At this point, I do not believe he is a tech at all. He just was here for the sixty dollar service fee that is my share of the bill as per contract with premier. This is poor customer service on both Fuse HVAC & appliance repair and Premier.
Update:
Heard nothing from Premier First or Fuse HVAC about claim being approved so I then called Premier and was informed (after 2 days trying to get them to answer the phone) that I had to call Premier before they would send the approval to Fuse HVAC via email. Poor service on Premier First's part. Premier informed me that I had to contact the repair company within thirty minutes or maybe they said after thirty minutes, not sure, the lady had a strong accent. I then called repair company, Fuse HVAC, who said they will order the part now that they had approval. I asked for a time reference, they said ten days from the day tech was at my house. Next day I received a call from Fuse HVAC telling me they had the part and if the tech could come do the repair tomorrow. Tech came fixed my washer and mentioned my bad review of him. I want it made clear that this review is not just for FuseHVAC and their tech but of both Premier , Fuse HVAC, and their tech with my experience in exactly what occurred. Fuse HVAC has a contract with Premier First and have rules to follow. Which Fuse HVAC more than likely did. Premier First made the process as difficult as they could for me to file a claim after a year plus of paying them $45/month which totaled more than $540 and then the service fee of $60 on top of that. Unfortunately, I cannot separate my experience with Fuse HVAC and Premier First. As far as the experience with tech, he should not inform customers to continue using a machine not working properly, but eventually realizing that a customer was without a properly needed working machine got the part and fixed the machine considerably faster than the time originally given for customer to have. It took a bad review to get that done. Does this deserve more than 2 stars? Okay, I will give one more star for fixing my machine early. -
