Building Restoration reviews in Largo, Florida

We hired Martz Inc for a major renovation, and the experience was flawless. Their general contracting team managed everything with such precision, especially the complex home elevation work. From the high-quality mobile home installation to the final setup, their professionalism and care were evident. They truly turned our vision into reality!

They were efficient, pleasant and very skilled. The project and expedited service exceeded my expectations. Great team!

Very professional staff. Gave precise information and cost and always maintained the line of communication open during the whole process. Was never surprised as to what was going on or what the cost was expected to be. Would recommend this company to anyone needing hone repairs or remodeling. Mr. Martinez was the best during a difficult situation.

Love this guy and his renovations are the best. Easy to work with. I recommend his business to all my friends. He gave my friends great plumbing job half the price of the first estimate. They are very happy also.

Great experience with Martz Inc after the hurricane last year. Came out to my house the same day and had a crew here working the next morning. They cut out the wet plaster walls and placed fans and dehumidifiers throughout the house, moped floors and sprayed wall cavities with a chemical to kill mold and prevent future growth. Most reasonable of the 3 estimates we had.
