Swept Away returned our call quickly and scheduled someone to come out and check our fireplace. The crew was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue and took partial payment up front. Our only issue was the period of time between their first visit (diagnosis) and when they came back to perform the work. Granted, the holidays were between the visits and the owner went on vacation, but the lack of communication and the fact we deposited money with no immediate followup, left us uneasy. We did eventually receive a call to schedule the service, which was today. The same gentleman came, was very respectful of our home and appears to have solved our fireplaces woes. The actual visits and service were a 5-star experience and I would recommend Swept Away to a neighbor or friend.
