Office team needs some training. They only want to text so it can be hard to get them on the phone or even an email which I found frustrating. Even with the frustration with texting they were responsive.
The actual ground crew who is doing the work is amazing! Our PM was Oscar and he really understood what we wanted and how best achieve it for the price range we wanted. I used Lucky's because of Oscar and his expertise. My project turned out better than expected and I'm very happy with the end result.
