They took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure the job was done safely and efficiently. They were also very clean and respectful of my space, leaving everything just as they found it. I'm so grateful for their expertise and the peace of mind they gave me. Ben and his crew are professional. Quick and the business is affordable. It has been a year since hurricane Helena flooded my house. Navigating through the permits and having inspections done is a pain. I waited to find a company to come do my electrical needs because all the other big name companies during the aftermath skyrocketed their prices so I waited. Ben and his crew came out and gave their estimate which is affordable and reasonable. They worked on my schedule including weekend service so I did not have to miss work. When the crew came to my house they were professional and compassionate. My house by any means is not presentable due to DIY construction and house not being sorted they said no worries we understand we are here to help. Ben and his crew are locals, he explained to me that his house was hit by the hurricanes too and understands the recovery process is harsh. He wished I would have contacted earlier and that he did not understand why companies were taking advantage of his community. Locals take care of locals. This company did great clean work to install a 30amp outlet for a reasonable price. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy with the installation. Will definitely use this company in the future for any electrical projects. Fully recommend.

Called in the morning that my power was out they came out after my work and worked on my electrical panel and replaced a wire and my power was back on. Highly recommend. Great service, great price, and great people.

Do not use this contractor for any project! He walked away from a project he contracted with the Clearwater Yacht Club to perform at the most critical time and cost us a fortune and time. We are considering our legal options once the project is complete.

I highly recommend Phillips Solutions! They were able to come out in a timely manner and they exceeded my expectations. I hoped for repair but expected that it would be a consult with repairs scheduled another day. Z was fantastic! He was able to complete all of the jobs that I had planned. He did it efficiently, competently and cleaned up before leaving! Very pleased and will recommend them to my friends.

Very Sad- Joe Phillips is great, but his wife Carolyn, who runs the business, is awful. She missed scheduling our job for weeks, could not find competent help with Joe out injured (other than former employee Brad who saved the day), and in my 40 years of experience with contractors holds the distinction of being the worst administrator of the bunch

Do not under any circumstances try to call this business. We paid $14,000 plus for a job to be completed. They lied NUMEROUS times and blamed Duke Energy and Pinellas County. We had to pay $30,000+ to fix what they did and repair. They will lie every step of the way. We won a judgement in court for the $32,000 and they own nothing. Another company also has a judgement against them The original work is from 2 years ago so lies about permitting and storms do not come into play. They would not answer any of the certified letters, emails, phone calls or any communication until they were served. They still did not answer that. I reached out one final time to see if they would just make it right and refund the $14,000 we paid and they would not reply. I promise you will regret the decision to hire this company.

Phillips Solutions came out and replaced both my electrical panel and later put electricity in a detached garage that had not had electricity in 20+ years and ran electricity to my pergola. They were efficient, professional and did the jobs at a fair price! I highly recommend them.
