Flooring reviews in Largo, Florida

I had a fantastic experience with Floor Coverings International! From start to finish, the process was seamless. Bill, the salesperson, was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to walk me through every step and following up along the way to ensure everything went smoothly. The installation crew was equally impressive—efficient, tidy, and professional. My new floors look absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for quality flooring and top-notch service.

I wold give the floor a 5 it looks great and adds such a different look to our house
But I would put a 4 on the project because they didn’t have enough flooring to finish the job we had to wait a week to have flooring finished until they order 2 boxes of flooring to finish
The final floor look great and I am satisfied with there sales force and selection

Bekki made sure that the process was seamless. Her positive attitude and responsiveness made us feel like all our needs were being met and anticipated. Great experience!

Our experience with Traci Price as an installation specialist has prompted this excellent recommendation. As a representative of FCI, she is trustworthy, dependable, experienced and knowledgeable. She is the one I would recommend for such an important aspect of your home.

We had a great experience. Bekki was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and she was even able to get our flooring in earlier, which we highly appreciated. She was awesome.

This is the second time we have used this company with Bill Hess the president of the company. Bill is always helpful with ideas and recommendations. We are extremely pleased with all the work in installing wood flooring for all our bedrooms a few years ago to just recent. Bill’s right hand lead installer, Bryan, is terrific. He does a fabulous job and ensures staff are working according to his expectations. Bryan has been with Bill 15years plus. I highly recommend Bill Hess and his company for your flooring desires and needs.

Becky and Tracy were wonderful. Great service and installation by Dante and Adonis was amazing. Very happy and would highly recommend FCI.

Love my new floors! Smooth process from start to finish.
Fantastic experience — the team did an amazing job. I especially enjoyed working with Bekki.

Traci and Reid went beyond to answer any and every question that we had in such a timely manner. When it came to any issue that may have come up, it was executed in minutes. I really appreciate the service that we received and the floors look AMAZING! Thank you for everything and I will absolutely recommend to anyone who asks. This was an overall pleasant experience from start to finish

We’ve used Floor Coverings International twice and have plans for a third. They have always been responsive, professional and done excellent work. Highly recommend.

I’m updating my last review as we just had our 3rd floor installment and once again Floor Coverings International did a fantastic job. In a difficult condo with uneven floors they installed a beautiful floor while moving furniture and appliances around to do so. Highly recommend this company.

We had Floor Coverings International do the flooring in our kitchen, laundry room, and half bath, and I’m thrilled with the results. Shona patiently helped me choose a beautiful Daltile checkerboard pattern that feels perfectly classic for our 1920s Craftsman—exactly the look I wanted. During the install, her husband Reid stopped by, addressed an issue that came up right away, and kept everything moving smoothly.

The crew was fantastic: they tarped thoroughly before demo, installed the new floors perfectly (no kickers, no loose tiles), and left everything tidy. After our new kitchen was in, they came back to install the backsplash. I chose a herringbone mosaic tile with a colored rim—tricky to install—and Ricardo and his team nailed it. The pattern is crisp, the tiles are even, and the grout was done so the rim detail really pops.

Professional, responsive, and truly skilled. I’d recommend FCI without hesitation.

Traci Price, Design Associate, came over as soon as we contacted them to start the process and provide an estimate for needed repairs. Mike Pitti serviced the call within a few days. Done!!! Great job, great customer service, great responsiveness and incredibly prompt. Thanks so much!! Very satisfied.

Floor Coverings International did a great job installing 2200 sf of Shaw vinyl flooring. They did some floor preparation to fill chips in concrete slab and leveled out some areas. A thick visqueen barrier was laid over the slab to prevent moisture penetration thru the slab. I was on vacation when the install was done and Traci sent me progress photos each day.

work is beautifully done Becky sutfin was my design associate she was always in contact with me and did the walkthrough when done to make sure i was happy with it

The workers for both the tile and rugs worked efficently and with professional ethics. Problem is there was not enough tile ordered to finish the job. I am still waiting for them to call to finish. I can not give them better than a 4 star for this reason. Otherwise the work is good and the tile and rugs are beautiful and work great with my other tile and rugs. They finally came and finished my tile. It is beautiful and I am very happy with the finished product. I would change to a 4 1/2 star as I am happy, but still a little disappointed with having to wait for more tile, becore the job could be finished.

Amazing experience with Floor Covering International!

We recently bought a new house and decided to replace all the old flooring with beautiful tile throughout the main living areas. From the very first contact to the final walkthrough, everything was seamless. The communication and reactivity were exceptional –

A special shout-out to Traci, our project manager – she is simply amazing! Super organized, incredibly responsive, and truly cares about getting every detail perfect. She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable.

The installation crew was professional, clean, and the finished tile floors look stunning!

Thank you to all the Flooring International team!

My husband and I were looking to replace our old bedroom carpet with vinyl flooring. Bekki Starling mentioned the company she works for, Floor Coverings International. She made it so simple for us. She set everything up and then followed up by coming to our house to help with the color choices. Bekki was so helpful and made it easy for us. We are very happy with the results.
