They came very quickly and did a great job. I will definitely use them again Aurturo and Steve were wonderful.

Terrible service. Didn't even show up. Scheduled for arrival between 1:30 and 3:30, I called the office at 3:50 to check in and was told to wait. Called back at 6 and was told they had ended for the day at 3:30. Wasted my entire day waiting and will now have to reschedule several things that were waiting on this junk removal to happen!

George was so nice, efficient and professional. Prices are reasonable. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past but this company knows it will produce repeat business.
I will use this company again.

The service is by far the best for the price and the technicians are very professional and were just honestly good people. They were on time and didn't try to overcharge for the debris I had removed. Highly recommended if you have any bulk items or debris removed.

shady company. Two of its workers parked outside my home without any prior contact made for their services . Both workers came to my door , knocked a total of 7 different times then , when no answer, started looking around all aspects of the home , looking at my windows , side of home and then came back, knocked again , tried to open the door and then walked to the side gate which was not locked and entered . While one workers sifted through my trash and found a cooler that was drying in the front of the can, the other worker made his way towards the side of my home and tried to open the side door . When realizing it was locked , both males walked through the backyard looking around my house and then left with my cooler

Getting rid of a used mattress can be a nightmare but not if you know to call Junk Shot Junk Removal. Not only was it much more economical than renting a truck or trailer, but I did not have to try and carry it down 3 flights. I just called Junk Shot and they came at the time they said they would and like magic the mattress was gone. Two very nice fellows showed up, they were polite and handled everything. I highly recommend Junk Shot to help you get rid of your unwanted stuff.

I called Junk Company company yesterday to ask if they would accept my donations.I spoke with Gabriel. He said yes and quoted me a great price. He explained how the cost was calculated. Then he booked my appt for this morning! Steve called this morning to update me on arrival time. He and Eddie came earlier than expected, were friendly and professional and completed the job in 15 minutes. They moved two large sliding glass doors, a large folding table, a chair and a LARGE barbecue grill! I was also given a discount! I will get your company's name out in my large community. The booking process was straight forward and easy. The pricing is very fair. The execution and communication leading up to the pickup was great. The guys arrived were friendly and efficient at grabbing the items and loading it up. I highly recommend this service!
