I'm thrilled to share my positive experience with the outstanding landscapers, from Alexander’s landscaping company. Gary, Cesar, and their incredible crew at the Cornell Building In Five Towns in Petersburg, Florida. Their expertise and dedication truly shone through as they transformed our outdoor space into a stunning oasis. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their attention to detail and creative approach were impressive. The team's professionalism, punctuality, and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I'm beyond satisfied with the exceptional work they've done, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch landscaping. Kudos to Gary, Cesar, and the crew for a job well done!

Gigi Kalina has impeccable qualifications and is very professional.

We've used Alexander's twice for tree removal and stump grinding. They responded quickly to my requests for estimates and were very fair with their pricing. The location of the trees made them difficult to access and remove, but Alexander's crew made everything look easy. They were on time, very friendly and professional, and cleaned up so well you almost couldn't tell there had been a tree there. If you need tree services (especially in an area where a man-lift or crane can't be used) I would highly recommend Alexander's.

This company needs better drivers. They cause major traffic congestion issues especially when they drive in fleets together. One will hold up traffic so the other can get in front of them. I do not recommend.

They did an amazing job on our tree removal! We had such an amazing experience using Alexanders! We had a large silk oak removed that was splitting and it was in a tight spot between our house and the fence and our neighbors house. They were able to get the tree down without any issue.The crew that came out was amazing, they worked fast and were very kind. We will definitely use them again for our needs in the future. And they cleaned up so well at the end you couldn’t even tell we had a tree removed!

Absolutely horrible!!!!

Alexanders just got the contract for our community and so far, they do some areas and leave a lot not even touched. They blow the leaves into our properties when they do show up. Can’t wait for their contract to be over! The bushes in front of the house haven’t been touched in months! Trees look horrible! If you’re a Property Manager looking for a new landscape company…. Skip these people!

** Reply to your reply… funny that you make an excuse as to why you’ve been here for 3 months and it looks worse the longer your company is here! Also, you trim the bushes at the front of the community and some streets but not all so that tells me your people neglect what’s not immediately obvious. Also, when your people mow, they blow all the leaves into our properties so I doubt that’s normal since the old landscape company never did that! So yes… your review is well deserved! Your previous reviews state the same issues so that tells me that this is just “ a mistake” or oversight! The property manager and board doesn’t need to tell you to stop blowing leaves into properties and to do all of what’s included in your contract (which every homeowner in here has a copy of) since we all pay for you!!!

The absolute worst property management company that we have ever hired. From rude workers to leaving trash on the property when they’re done. Once we put in our termination letter, they avoided our property and decided not to do any more maintenance for the last four months of the contract.

I cannot praise Alexander's enough! After Hurricane Helene, I contacted Alexander's to help with clean up of storm debris and down trees. They were out the same day with a huge crew cleaning up the community. When they left, the property looked as if nothing had happened! Great service! In addition if you are looking for a great company to handle your landscaping needs, I highly recommend Alexander's!

This company is a joke. They have been doing maintenance mowimg in our community for almost three years and were it not for the contract, we would have fired them. They do not trim, do not blow, do not pick up fallen limbs or trash. We have complained numerous times to no avail. Beware!

Gary and his crew did an excellent job tearing out and replacing our landscape areas. Gary is very knowledgeable on the different plants and shrubs that will work in our landscape. When they arrived to start the project, all of the crew worked very hard to get it ready for the new plants and trees. They cleaned up all the areas before planting, planted the new plants and trees and mulched everything. Also they cleaned up all the pavers and areas that needed to be cleaned up when finished. I would recommend them as they were very professional and personable!! Our landscape looks beautiful!!!

Gary and his team did an amazing job cutting down an old tree and with my lawn. Highly recommend.

They came through my boyfriend's neighborhood for the HOA and nubbed off a bunch of tree limbs and on top of that were throwing debris literally on his truck like that was ok. Their workers were disrespectful and running their mouth. Management was supposed to call him about the matter and of course didn't. We own a tree service and we know what's right and wrong and what they did was wrong. We had to fix our neighbors tree yesterday because of what they did to it. Picture of before we fixed it added. I would never recommend or use this company they just destroy trees and cost more money down the road because of incompetence and/or poor education or training. The trees and your customers deserve better.

The irrigation crew came through again. I can always depend on them being helpful, polite, &professional. They have good suggestions on how to solve any problems I have. Bill was great.

We welcome Alexander Property Maintenance Inc. They came to our rescue. In just weeks they've started putting our property back to where it used to be. Anyone can make you promises. Alexander's jumps in and backs up every word.

Alexander’s Property Maintenance deserves all the stars. James and Gary deliver top‑tier work every time, but let me tell you — Gigi is the real MVP of communication. She stays on top of everything, calls to make sure every detail is crystal clear, and doesn’t let a single thing slip through the cracks.
