Alex Petroski did not perform the services to industry standards and tried to nickel and dime me when I hired him to remove 2 laurel oak trees, then had the audacity to request additional money to clean up the mess remaining from the work performed, in my humble opinion !

Firewood is terrible. I’ve never worked so hard to get wood to burn in my life. It was wet. It also smoked like the dickins once it did burn. Great place to get trashy wood. Not impressed.

We did not have six months of bad weather.
That's just a poor excuse to make it look like it was out of your control. Alex showed up on a cold day to say it was to cold to fix. That was one day out of six months. There are no excuses for how we were treated. Telling us that you would fix it and never showed up. I'm sure it was your home it would not have taken that long. By the way Mrs York is a co-owner
with myself and she and I are not satisfied with the half assed patch job that was done.
Stop using excuses and own what you did to is. You need to treat future customers with more respect than you gave us and quite the B.S. No excuses

Had a horticulturalist, arborist, and Evergreen come out and look at my yard and invited them to give quotes. Chose Evergreen. They charge a minimum fee of $250. They responded quickly to my inquiry, answered my questions and concerns, drew up a diagram of what needed to be done. They did the work the next day. They do not expect payment until after the job is complete. We'd gladly pay $250 again! Very happy.

It’s been about a year but the service we had with them was amazing! I called company after company, a few even said they would stop by... no show, no call back. I was referred to Evergreen by a close friend and not only did they show up, they went beyond expectations. I feel confident in saying I will never consider another tree company other than Evergreen!!

I didn't have them work for me. but when I called them their communication skills were so poor I didn't want to proceed.

the phone call started overly serious, very monotone, very dead sounding, didn't ask how my day was, what my name was, cut my communication, and ended the call when I had more things that needed to be discussed.

Please, do not hire this company!! Evergreen (Dunedin location), removed an oak tree and left 1/2 of the stump, which I paid them to grind down. As a result of the residual stump, thousands of saplings appeared, growing up to 3 feet per shoot. Alex gave me a price to come back and finish grinding the stump (huh-paying again for a job they didn't complete the first time). The extensive sod damage to my neighbor's yard was so severe from the growth of the saplings, it prompted me to agree to the price Alex quoted. He said he would get back with us to schedule the work. That was two weeks ago. Evergreen has no intention of helping us fix the mess they created by leaving 1/2 the stump in place. As a follow-up, my husband called Alex two days after Alex gave us the quote and he was advised by Alex that he got reprimanded by his boss, Ceasar, for quoting a price too low. Many promises, no action. Do not trust this company to do what they say they will do.

Great customer service! I asked Alex to cut some stumps for my wedding...I know random. However, he was not surprised with my request at all. Not enough he stayed in touch with me but he had stumps ready super fast and charged me very little. He also had one of his guys helping me to load the stumps to my car. Great service, I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you!!!!

Evergreen Tree Service did several large tree removals at my residence. Price was fair, showed up on time and did a fabulous job working around my prized tropical landscape. Cleaned up thoroughly and even blew out my gutters full of debris. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a real tree service. Thanks Evergreen crew!!!!

Excellent customer service they sell firewood as well $20 a wheelbarrow they're amazing I won't have my trees cut by anyone else Cesar Garcia the owner is a good person honest and hard-working and is tree crew I want of the most professional cruise I've ever met they're also you have certified with an arborist on staff five stars

They cut a Laurel Oak down quickly and cleaned up the debris but never removed all the roots. I now have a ten foot root five inches in radis at ground level running from the stump spot to my home. Not cool. I called once and spoke to the owner but they never came back. I would not recommend them.

The crew moves like they are all one unit. Pruned 4 oaks and a few palms. They were efficient in their movements, did an excellent job, removed every branch and bit of debris. Blew the yard clean. Reasonable price and professional job. Definitely will use them in the future.

We appreciate the job that Alexander's Tree did for Lighthouse Pointe Condominium. While they have been doing a great job for several years, Mike Mitchell and his entire crew were just outstanding this year. They were professional and they worked non-stop from early morning until the job was completed. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone.
