Clean environment. Good customer service.

Cold call communication in violation of federal law and then they hang up

Have this company regularly and always meets all the standards I have.

Trying to scam old folks. Argumentative on the phone. Will be reported if trespassing to solicit.

They have called me repeatedly after I told them to stop soliciting me. I am on do not call list for a reason.

The work was great! Carpets look brand new and the men were very professional!

Horrible!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Ended up paying $300 FOR ONLY ONE BEDROOM!! they are still dirty and look awful! Was told it would only be $69.95 get the bill and end up with a $300 bill!!!!! someone needs to call the news channel on them and have them exposed for taking advantage of people!

The two gentlemen who cleaned our carpets were professional and they did a very nice job for a reasonable price.

Tony & Alex were very prompt and did a great job. Would definitely recomend Master Performance CarpetCleaning.

Horrible experience with these guys. They couldnt clean the dirt under their nails let alone anything else. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a cleaning service.
Not sure of their names but I dealt with the Hispanic guy driving van number three. Very rude and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me and my wife.

I would give them no stars if I could. Greg is very unprofessional and borderline harrassing. My mother was a customer, she passed away in Nov. Greg called a few days after,I explained that my mother had passed and we would no longer need their services. Since Nov 30,2018 until a few mins ago(1/10/19 11:44am) they have called me 20 times. If I am called again I will contact a lawyer.

My carpets are awesome now! The guys not only cleaned my carpets, but they also cleaned my sofa after I moved. It looks great. Thank you so much.

I do not recommend this company. When I called, I got a smooth talking salesman who quoted a nice price. When the technician arrived, he found as many "problems" as possible and refused to do the cleaning for the stated price.

When I called the company, the same smooth talking salesman told me that "I" neglected tell him that I lived on the 3rd floor and that there was no elevator and that there were paths that were "heavily soiled".

1st of all, their definition of heavily soiled and my definition are vastly different. 2nd of all, if it was clean, I would not have called them.

This company uses the classic bait and switch technique to lure you in and then charge you more once their are on sight.

Just got a sales call from "Tammy" stated the company and her name I then stated "we have no carpeting so no need to go on" she very nicely and quickly stated " well you don't have to be so F---ins rude" and hung up on me.
Firstly if this is how they operate a business...run in the opposite direction! Secondly, I wasn't rude on any level and even if I was you called me!
