Outstanding company.

We had a 150-200 year old live oak fall behind our house during Hurricane Helene, with a 50' limb hitting our neighbor's home, and 100 ft limb suspended over top our viburnum and gardenia undergrowth. Yutzy's Tree Service removed the limb from my neighbor's home, while Ty's Tree Service meticulously extracted the limb from the mature undergrowth behind my home.

While there was no way to save the downed tree, Ty's Tree Service was able to save a decade worth of valuable undergrowth.

His crew was professional, polite, and skilled in what they do. He brought in a crane to lift the ginormous limb off the undergrowth, making a horrible situation tolerable.

His price was outstanding. He showed up on time, and went above and beyond, making sure we didn't suffer any more than we already had.

Ty and his crew did a large tree removal and stump grinding job for me and I couldn’t be happier. Ty was professional, responsive, and gave me a good price. I would recommend his tree service to anyone.

I would caution anyone that is considering hiring Ty’s Tree service for their home.
I agree the trimming work they have done with our palm trees was well done, other than dropping branches into the neighbour’s side and leaving them there.
Unfortunately, on their way to the trees in our back yard they left a trail of broken concrete pavers.
A short rendering, these guys needed to drive their man lift, which looks to weigh well north of a 1000 lbs. From the drive way to the back yard on a path way of 24x24 concreate slabs, bordered by river rock on each side of that walk way. In the back yard we have pathways around the yard and small patio made from the same concrete pavers and again river rock covering the remaining surface area, no grass anywhere.

On driving their man lift along the side walk to the back yard, breaking nearly all of the concreate pavers. One would think after breaking the 1st paver they would stop and revaluate. Not so, rather traveled all the way to the back, got their machine stuck at the end of that side walk. Perhaps they should have stopped there and backed out, not so. Onward to the back yard breaking a number of added concrete pavers. Total of 16 altogether.
Ty’s position is as there was no ballast under the pavers, as such, he was not responsible for any damage.
My position after breaking the pavers in the pathway to the back he shouldn’t have continued with his man lift. Those pavers have been there for 20 + years, all in good shape, still with no tripping hazard.
Also, there is no requirement for a building permit and no county standard for laying these pavers, this is not a high traffic /public area, the area is clearly sand based, I consider the responsibility is on Try. I, the home owner was not present for this work, only the tenant. Perhaps I could have explained the possible issues of using this large machine or stopping the machine from moving along our side walk. That not being the case he should have asked questions, surly after witnessing the damage early on.

After considerable prodding he agreed to replace the pavers. I asked to replace all the existing pavers to the rear of the house with new and reuse the undamaged to replace the damaged pavers in the back yard. I soon found out that was not his plan, rather he was replacing the damaged pavers only and not moving any other pavers. This and given the new tripping hazards with the replaced pavers, I asked him to stop his work avoiding adding further tripping points.
Now I have 3 differed pavers and many tripping hazards due to this man.
The aggravating part past the damage and resulting shabby repairs, the unanswered calls, and negative demeaner / attitude.
Use him at your risk. He will likely not stand by his work / damage.

These guys did a phenomenal job cleaning up leaves and yard debris. I have a large yard with four oak trees so we end up with a lot to cleanup every spring.

WHEN he showed up, did an excellent job. Only had to mow every two weeks but had excuses putting off my lawn. I was away for 5 months, and I counted on Bret taking care of my lawn. Bret texted me the Monday before the hurricane was to hit St. Petersburg to let me know he was going to be too busy and didn't know when he be able to get my lawn. No damage other than lots of mostly sticks and leaves.
Started April 12th and I think the last mowing was September 17th. We paid September's bill before he resent September's bill with cancelled on it. Both my husband and I called and left messages - no response! So he quit with no notice. No communication. NOT DEPENDABLE. NOT RESPONSIBLE. Maybe he got sick. Maybe his crew quit. I don't know why he left us high and dry; we wouldn't be back home until the end of October; 6 weeks no lawn care and than have to find another company. NO COMMUNICATION.

I very much appreciated him taking care of my lawn, it is one less thing to worry about and he was very responsive and clear about the pricing and how often it needs to be cut, I noticed he didn’t try to overcharge me
