Dean is always prompt, courteous and eager to any of our questions. We are very pleased with the service.

Paris was great. I told him that I was with trugreen for over 3 years and they didn't do anything for my yard, except charge me. You at barefoot grass on the first application...within a week noticed the weeds were dead. I just want to thank you, great job!
As for the bare spots in my front yard, they were worse until I started with you, seems like the grass is growing in. Again thank you so much.

Dean was very personal, professional and informed me what he was going to do today for service. Feed the plants in the back yard what doesn’t always happen.

I had my first service today after signing up. I had to fire my previous company due to too many issues and finally them destroying my grass. Anyway, John came out today. He was very informative. I had several questions about my grass that he answered, especially about when to replace some of the grass. Now is too hot, so he said October would be best and I could use plugs. Then I have an area where I put up a new fence and he told me new grass would not grow there due to too much shade and no ventilation. So it was very good information and I learned a lot. So hopefully they can get my yard back to looking great again.

Today was my first lawn treatment with Barefoot Grass and I was impressed with the technician Dean. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions patiently.

Unfortunately, we just “fired” this company. We were customers of Greener Futures before Barefoot took over. What was once a beautiful lawn has turned into weeds and dead patches. We gave it one-two months for them to turn it around. We called twice for additional treatments, and when the last tech came out he told us our lawn was “sun damaged”. You can’t make this stuff up. Best thing was that when I called them to terminate our service, the gentleman on the phone never asked why and didn’t seem to care at all that he was losing customers. At least I didn’t feel bad for taking my business elsewhere after that.

Barefoot Grass is a great company, with integrity. They are very professional, organized, honest and I trust them! That is hard to find now a days.

He always does a great job, (1)by bringing the key with him every time, (2) Making me aware of what he’s doing and what chemical is being put down (3) Afterward, He has a conversation with me and Remind me to water. Most of all, he shares his story of overcoming and I’m always giving him Bible materials To continue on his journey. I welcome his conversations as well and sometimes I give a donation..

He accommodated my schedule. He informed me of the treatment process & estimated length of time to expect results. He offered great advice to questions I had. The difference between the appearance my lawn and my neighbor’s lawn was huge. My lawn looked so much better than theirs that they asked us specifically who was doing the care for us! They made the change to Barefoot.
