Excellent service and advice! The Magic Steamers team was punctual, efficient, friendly and fast! My carpet looks phenomenal. It smells cleaner and I'm certain my allergies will thank them a thousand times over. Will definitely use their services again next year to keep my carpet clean 👍🏾

Had a tenant who was a garbage person and took bottles of ketchup and squirted it all over the new carpet. Called around 7:00 p.m. and Magic Steamers were able to make an emergency appointment and get out to me the next day. Was very upfront with pricing did not make any promises that they could not keep. End up getting the carpets completely clean and normal. Was very easy to speak to on the phone and upfront with pricing... very appreciative I was able to find this company. But highly recommend to anyone who wants good service and honesty.

Magic Steamers is the company to use for all your needs. They were able to schedule me from out of town in a timely manner. They were sympathetic and understanding of the unsanitary housing situation at my sister’s home. They reassured me that they would do their best to restore her home to livable condition. To say I was flabbergasted at the workmanship is an understatement! They were able to clean all her upholstery, steam clean her floors, and restored her bedding to new condition. This company is amazing! Hire them!

Working with Alon has been a great experience. He's always quick to respond and you can count on him to show up when he says he will. We've had him clean both our carpets and tiles, and I'm consistently impressed by the results, he's got a magic touch! His work has never disappointed us. We'll definitely be using his services again in the future.

@JimKaragounis. It is impolite and disrespectful to attempt to tarnish someone’s name over a mistake that was made by you. Groupon is a way to let consumers try basic level services at a discount. Those details were not in fine print. It is understandable to be upset if you overlooked the services that were being offered but, that is not this company’s fault. I would also like to mention I was not promised anything to write this honest review.
Alan was kind informative and answered every question I had. He spent 20 minutes on the phone the first day I called inquiring about services. He spent all that time explaining what I needed without trying to upsell me and explained in detail why I needed what services he recommended. He did an amazing job on our carpets and couch. Based on his honesty and the results we can see, we are booking our tile floors to be cleaned and sealed with him knowing it will be done right. If you need floor or upholstery work done look no further :) I wish I had taken a before picture of my stairs because you could see foot traffic areas. Not anymore! My couch looks brand new again :) My husband and I are very pleased!

Took the most expensive package, wanted carpet to be nice before the new tenant. When I stepped in the house, bad smell and still dirty carpet. Said he will come back, never did. Totally disappointed.

I started with an initial price for 3-rooms plus a hallway, but after Alon & I did a walk-through to see all of the dark spots around the whole house? We decided to go with a deeper cleaning of the whole house (5-rooms + hallway). It was an extra cost, but it definitely looks like it was EXTREMELY well worth it, and I’m VERY happy about the results!!! Alon is a very nice man that was extremely easy to work with!! I will definitely consider using him for my next whole house carpet cleaning!!!

Reasonable price and very thorough. We had this area rug we have ignored for many years. Got all the stains out of it and it looks like new! We also got our couch cleaned and it looks great. I would recommend them

Whenever I rent a new place such as a home or townhouse, in the Bay area, I want the carpets professional cleaned to my high standards (I am a clean freak).
