Excellent service, did a moving clean in the time/price that was quoted to me. Didn't need to explain what was needed to be done. Included the fridge, oven/stove, floors, cabinets and all my rooms including the closets! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Anita is very delusional about how long it takes to do a deep clean/ move out clean. She immediately set a price for my move out cleaning & estimated 2 hours. When she arrived at 9am I was expecting her to finish before noon since she was so confident that’s all the time it took. She didn’t leave until 5pm. How did u not think a move out cleaning includes inside of fridge and oven including the cleaning of all cabinets and drawers as well. The cleaning was below average. I didn’t get my deposit back since the landlord thought the house was dirty. I had to pay another cleaner to do the job right.

Mam, do u know that when I asked for a move out cleaning, I told you it was required by the landlord to have the place clean to get my deposit back from the “landlord” I never said a deposit from you, secondly this is my husbands Google account, you definitely remember Ann Pelowski!

You can't go wrong here. you can choose what you'd like done and I found the rates very reasonable. Cleaning started when Anita walked in the door, and stopped on her way out, no breaks-no kidding. I showed what I'd like done and everything was taken care of to the highest standard. I have a remodel going on and it's just gotten too much to try and stay on top of, especially with a friend coming to visit. I really see it as an "investment" for me, because it freed me up to do other things that also needed attention. You get plenty of reminders of their arrival so you aren't tied up, either. Great scheduling opportunities-I actually got my cleaning on a Saturday. Very happy with the work!

Anita was very nice. However, reschedule day of and then again on the rescheduled day. She said she would arrive @ 10:30 if it were okay to move my scheduled time. She then did not arrive until 11:35. I emphasized that I needed dusting to be done including blinds, windowsills, furniture, and ceiling fans. As seen in my photos and videos this was not done in completion. I also asked that the entirety of the house be vacuumed and and hard surfaces mopped. Which you will see was not done. She claimed to have spent three hours cleaning but like I said left during that time. We paid in full but will not be continuing services.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! There were stains and hair all over the comforter in the vacation rental I booked , which lets me know they don’t clean the comforters knowing COVID-19 hasn’t gone anywhere . I had no choice but to go buy a whole new comforter just for a 2 night stay :( Very disappointed . I know hotels do this , due to me previously being a house keeper , but I didn’t think it was vacation rentals too .

Bren and Molly did an exceptional job always asking if something should or should not be cleaned or dusted. So much better than previous cleaning lady.

Can’t recommended Susie Q cleaning more highly. They clean for us weekly and are always thorough, reliable, courteous and punctual. They can accommodate special request as needed. Five star service, for sure!

Most everything was done nicely this time. Two girls who’d never been to our house previously were with us this go-round. Two pieces of constructive criticism, however.

1. Downstairs floor was mopped well, but was never wrung out properly. Thus, it took an inordinately long time for the tile floor to dry.

2. Shower in master suite had residue from some sort of agent on walls. Beyond that, the shower stall and the shower head were both dry as the proverbial bone. Meanwhile, that means no water or other liquid was even used. I specifically asked for special attention to be paid to that shower more than once. I should not have to repeat myself; shower didn’t look like any elbow grease was applied.
