Talk about service……wow!!!! In Florida, in the heat, Thomas came and performed brilliantly. Got my initial service call next day, and a major part installed the day after. These people know how to treat their customers, like people not numbers.

I can’t say enough good things about Air Zero! Jake and Gunnar came out today for our routine HVAC maintenance, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Arrived right on time, were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything they were checking and why. It’s clear they really know their stuff and care about doing things the right way. Our system is running perfectly, and they even gave us a few helpful tips to keep it that way between visits. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and efficient. Highly recommend Air Zero—and definitely ask for Jake or Gunner if you can!

We switched to Air Zero last year and we are so happy we did! Their techs are pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. Most recently we worked with Jake C. who did a great job for us, annual AC maintenance plus dryer vent cleaning. Thanks, Jake and Air Zero!

Gunnar did a great job. There was an issue immediately after the visit that needed attention and he came back to fix it.

Called about a new HVAC, someone came out and provided info but no warranty information. We asked to be provided that and said he would get back to us next morning. 2 days later we tried to follow up on it and he completely forgot and didn't remember what we asked him for. He said he would compile it and get it sent over. 6 days later and still radio silence.

Avoid Air Zero if you want any sort of customer service.

We used to love this company but they changed owners or management at some point and have gone seriously downhill. We’ve had multiple technicians come out over the last few years and with the exceptions of Tom and Troy, they’ve all been worthless. They can fix things for a few days but then (surprise!) your 5 year old $14k A/C is out again for weeks at the time. The cherry on top was the last visit from Michael that cost us an unnecessary $5600. Stay far far away from this incompetent business.

Despite living in a private, gated community that is NOT open to the public, this company somehow got into the neighborhood. Without being invited or otherwise getting permission, they trespassed on my property and left one of their flyers on my door.

The entrance to my community has a very clear "no trespassing sign" as well as a very clear "no soliciting" sign. In a desperate attempt to sell us, they broke all of these rules.

Unfortunately there is nothing the police can do about it because we weren't here but if it happens again, we will press charges for trespassing.

Absolutely the WORST AC business I have ever dealt with. They will come out, charge a ton of money and not fix the problem, then will come back out, charge more money and STILL not fix the problem!! Horrible service! And definitely do not get sucked in on their maintenance plan, waste of money! Do yourself a favor and call someone else!
