Keng and his team are the best! Frontline Services came highly recommended from several close friends and we cannot be happier with the level of care provided. He was able to come out today to remedy an issue and was had the parts on his truck to take care of the problem right away! Frontline Services did a great job for a quick AC diagnostic and repair. From phone call to service complete was under 3 hours, even though it was after hours. They were knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. I’m glad to have found Keng and Frontline Services, and highly recommend them for any HVAC maintenance or repairs

Frontline Services provide very professional services. Communication for appointments and arrival times is excellent. Keng and his employees are courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. My service appointment required a follow up appointment right before a hurricane was approaching. The employee stayed when most would not even come back because of a hurricane. Keng was able to diagnose the issue the next day, obtained the part and installed it himself. He is very diligent and very nice to work with. I highly recommend his services!

Keng was first class. Took the time needed to address all questions, and the service was impeccable. Often with A/C longevity, it's more about the installer than the equipment. I highly recommend Frontline Services for A/C repair and install.

Keng and Clay are awesome.... I just love my new central air..They explained everything to me. and did things in a timely manner both men have compassion I had a problem and they took the time out to talk to me. I really don't know of anybody else that would've done that. I recommended this company to one of my friends and she feels the same. I'm so thankful that I found them. They're prices where the best. They were on time for the service call. The tech was very polite and explained things to me so that a non-tech person could understand!

We have used Frontline Services since we moved to Florida 5 yrs ago. Had a routine check on A/C unit and decided to have a need one installed due to our unit being 20 yrs old. The service is excellent and the employees are friendly. They keep you up to date on when they are on their way. Keep you informed on what they need to do. Would highly recommend their service.

Frontline was extremely attentive and helpful when my AC unit needed some help. I was recommended to use Kane & Kane was absolutely fantastic. He knew exactly what needed to be done and got my AC unit fixed and running within a couple hours. If I ever have any trouble (fingers crossed I don’t) with my AC ever again I will immediately call Frontline again. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Affordable too.

Excellent workmanship, professionalism, timeliness, and cleaned up afterwards. Checked to make sure everything was working, not just the area they worked on. This has been an ongoing situation since 2018 and trying with resolve this issue through 3 companies that cost me 6x the amount it should have cost. It left me with PTSD and fear of contacting service people in all industries. Keng has resolved the issue and lifted a massive burden off of my shoulders. I highly recommend Frontline Services.

6/16/25: Keng has been servicing and keeping our 20 year old system running for MANY years and it was finally time to replace it. Keng knew exactly what was going to be best for our home, explained in detail each recommendation and gave us three different price points to choose from.

We had our system installed today and the installation went great. The installers are freaking ROCK STARS; they showed up early and worked non-stop for 9 hours. They cleaned up the mess from the install and made sure the system worked as it should before leaving.

Frontline Services is the best HVAC company in Pinellas County and you should not hesitate to call them. Prices are the best in the business, techs are great and Keng knows what he is doing!!

5/19/21: No doubt about it- Keng is the absolute best a/c tech around; no one else will ever service my HVAC system! He knows what he is doing and he gets it done right the first time! It doesn't matter when I call him- he comes out as quick as he can and gets us up and running the same day. Do yourself a favor- call Keng for all your HVAC needs and save yourself the hassle of dealing with rude, unreliable, dishonest service techs.

Great service again. AC stopped working the night before and contacted Frontline this morning and they fit me in. Technician Clay assessed the issue and made the repair. I highly recommend Frontline for HVAC!!
