Requested a quote for replacing old worn out Heat Pump and Air Handler, price was very competitive to other quotes I had gotten and Keng explained his quote and equipment. I decided to go with Frontline and he scheduled with within a week because I was going to be out of town. He showed up on time and got the replacement done in a day. Very happy with the install and unit, Keng was very professional and I will definitely call him again for any HVAC needs.

Just had my AC fixed by Frontline Services in Largo. I called them this morning, I got a call back within 10 minutes. Appointment set for 3:00pm today. Keng arrived on time. I appreciate professionalism when I see it. He diagnosed the problem, installed a new motor under warranty, checked another issue with my duct work and repaired it. In all cases, he showed me clearly what he was doing and explained why! Price very reasonable. Thanks so much!

Frontline Services was absolutely phenomenal! When my old HVAC unit went out during the hottest part of the year, it quickly became unbearable to live in the house. I reached out for quotes and got four different estimates—but Keng stood out right away. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for my situation made my decision easy.

Even in the middle of his busiest season, Keng went above and beyond to fit me in for a Sunday installation so my family wouldn’t have to suffer through the heat any longer. He and his team installed a brand-new HVAC system with incredible attention to detail, and the difference was immediate.

From my first call to the final walkthrough of the new system, Keng delivered expertise, clear communication, and top-notch workmanship. The system runs beautifully, and the whole process was stress-free. Now we can live at home with comfort again.

Frontline services has been very helpful getting our AC system fixed. Though it was a process, they were very helpful and explained each step and made sure the work was done right. Keng and Clay were both very friendly and I felt comfortable having them work in my home. Scheduling was easy and their automated texts alerted you when they were on their way. They were referred to me by my father who would write a similar review if he knew how to : )

Keng was highly recommended and I was super excited when he agreed to squeeze me in at 8 PM the same day. However, he charged me a $150 service call to quote me $6000 to remove and replace all my duct work because he says it’s under sized (which it may be) but worked fine for all these years. He refused to even address the mechanical problem until I spent the $6000. AND told me he couldn’t even get to it for a month! I finally got the actual needed repair done by another company for $400 and everything is working great! Because of this, I am sorry I cannot recommend Frontline Services ACHR.

UPDATE 10/24 Paid $7000 1 year ago and second water leak has destroyed new paint job. He says out of warranty, Defective work.

UPDATE 8/24: Condensation leaking from Air Handler ruining hallway ceiling and wall. After 5 calls over 8 days and NO response from Keng, I had to hire someone else. Terrible.
Expensive, but excellent quality workmanship. Totally replaced 1 system and repaired the other at a 2 apartment home. He was polite & responsive.
