The recent cold front required the use of home heating. Normally not an issue but on Sunday 15 Jan 2023 discovered little to no heat being produced. Called WeatherProof Heating and Cooling mid morning Monday and was informed a technician would be out later that day. Approximately five hours later Mr. Shkullaku was at my home and throughly check system. It was diagnosed the the heat strip was faulty and a replacement was required.
I was informed a replacement could be acquired in the morning (now being after 6PM) and installed next day.
True to his word, Mr. Shkullaku was back early the next morning and replaced faulty heat strip. Faulty strip was shone defective. From the time I first called until completion of repairs just under 24 hours had passed and charges were very responsible. This included the actual invoice cost for the replacement strip plus labor.
I would highly recommend his service.

Had 3 previous techs come out and none of them solved my issue. First time dealing with this company and my issue was resolved. Great friendly service! 10/10
