We are very happy of the quality of work this company did to clean up from phase one of our construction after Hurricane Helene. It was difficult work as most of the house is in disarray. I would recommend Elite Services and will have them to the final post construction phase. It has lifted my attitude to have this cleaning done. God Bless.

My client was so happy! No other company could get the floors clean and the crew came back not twice but three times to get the grout haze off. I can’t say enough about them as a designer and someone who works with luxury general contractors ….. my client’s home was just immaculate!

I hired Elite Exteriors to do a 2 part cleaning service for a huge remodel of my home. The first cleaning was to clean up the construction mess so that final finishes could be installed. I was charged a little over $816. It was a 5 star job and I tipped the cleaners. Based on that I decide to go ahead and hire Elite for the final post construction cleaning even though I thought the Quote for the job was high. The estimate was written up by Justin who never came on site. When I pointed out that there were things listed he took a couple of items off and lowered the estimate to $2380. There were still items listed on the estimate that could not even be done yet (Faucets, Toilets and sinks were not even installed yet) but I needed to move in so I agreed to the terms. For the Post Construction Clean-up, a second and different crew came. Sadly, time ran short and after a full day of cleaning they missed a lot. They came back the next day to clean very obvious things like inside the kitchen cabinets and the tile in bathroom. After that I discovered that the inside of the fireplace, on top of fans and all interior doors were also completely missed. They sent them back again but to no avail because we had already cleaned it on our own and it was very awkward having them back to really do nothing. The cleaner offered no apologies and did not want to be there. I was told on one of the phone calls that they were having trouble with his work and that they probably should have sent the first people again. Elite said nothing else could be done because they had already paid the cleaners. So basically I overpaid for services not performed. Below are 2 examples. I didnt think about taking photos until later as I dicovered more items missed

I searched for a competitively priced, quality minded, local & privately owned carpet cleaning company when I moved to the area quite a few years ago. After a few false starts, I found Top Notch & they are awesome...best ever!

I have been using this company for cleaning my home for several years now. I have experienced nothing short of professional "top notch" service. I have recommended them to several friends and family members to use. They also have been very satisfied with their service.

Move-out clean was very unsatisfactory. Detailed instructions were provided before the ladies began the clean. After paying a total of $138 to Top Notch for the cleaning service, including an additional fee for appliances, The property manager withheld another $100 from my security deposit because of the poor cleaning job. This company did just enough for the condo to appear clean when walking through. When I complained to the company, I was told they do not issue refunds.

Yes indeed i own my own cleaning service, but my client told me that she hired Top Notch to clean her windows because i don’t specialize in window cleaning… so im giving s 5 star review to this cleaning company because they did an awesome job on cleaning her windows… I didn’t even have to dust the window sills today when i went to go clean her place today…. Thank you guys… i will be recommending this company to all of my clients in need of window cleaning….😘

Wonderful company, reasonable, thorough, personable, punctual. Mike and Kayla, who cleaned my condo from top to bottom, so I could move in, had it spotless and the carpet as well. No wonder they have been in business so long.Jeff, the owner came out promptly and gave me a most fair and reasonable estimate, after another company gave me an estimate of 4 times the amount and took 6 days to email it to me!

We got exterior of our house, windows, and porch pressure washed / cleaned. Anna was very communicative about scheduling and Jack did a fantastic job with the cleaning. Their service went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a similar cleaning. Above all else they were very pleasant work with.

Top Notch is the best cleaning service. From Anna working with the scheduling to work within my calendar contraints to Lisa cleaning my condo and working so hard to make it spotless. Anytime I have asked to work a little bit more on a certain area, she does so with a smile. I am so happy with Top Notch, my neighbors have started to use them and we are all so thrilled.

I must highly recommend Top Notch cleaning. I cannot believe how clean Simone was able to get my condo. She worked tirelessly to get it up to her standards, every seen and unseen places.
