Get everything in writing!! I was too trusting. Paid cash so co would not have to pay 3%. credit fee. did a great job with the lights installed BUT did not install lights in a portion of the yard.
Found my old lights buried in the dirt, so they where aware lights should be place there.
I get a bill for $150 because my timer did not have a cover, so they replaced the timer without telling me about it .I would have paid the amount if ALL THE LIGHTSWHERE INSTALLED.

THEN I GET A NIOTICE THAT A LEIN HAS BEEN PLACED ON MY PROPERTY FOR $150. No call, just done!

I strongly feel the owner does not live up to his word.
Guess the days of a hand shake are no longer apply.
GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING...THE OWNER IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Repairs to our existing system were done fast and well. Cost of equipment were covered by 20 year warranty even though we didn’t purchase the system. Labor cost was also reasonable. Very pleased and recommend highly.
