Hired Southern Hospitality to completely overhaul median area between our driveway in a townhome complex. They installed pavers, planted a palm/bushes/plants, as well as lay shells. Their work was excellent. Doug, Operations Mgr, was great to work with. Overall, very happy with the end result.

Southern Hospitality is a lifesaver. I reached out to Jason at the beginning of September-my yard was an absolute catastrophe-a previous landscaper had really ruined the space and the weeds were the stuff of nightmares. Southern Hospitality did everything they could to prioritize me on the schedule and that extra step just sealed my devotion to this company. Their virtual drawings are beautiful and give the customer a good feeling and picture of what to expect. They finished my project yesterday and i cannot even describe the relief and joy their work has brought to my life. Everyone was wonderful to work with-kind with good senses of humor and efficient.

Southern Hospitality completely redid our front and back yard. Looks like a completely different place now! They were easy to work with and quick to respond to questions and concerns. Special thanks to Will, the lead landscaper. He had fantastic suggestions for plant placement, was extremely hard working and always friendly and patient. Definitely recommend.

My fiancé, Aaron, and I were recommended Southern Hospitality by a friend. They worked with us to design backyard landscaping, helping us to get what exactly what we envisioned. They were transparent with their pricing and completed the job quickly. Thank you so much for your work on our backyard, we love it!

Very professional and courteous installers. Very communicative. Well worth the price. Only minor issue was two of the plants had root rot and a bit undersized but they're replacing them free of charge. I blame the nursery for providing them bad plants moreso than the landscapers themselves. Pictured below: original vs updated!

A++ to Jason and his entire team - I would give 10 stars if I could. They did an excellent job from start to finish, beginning with diagnosis of my irrigation system to full repair and install of new pipes, sprinkler heads and control box. Then came the leveling of my existing mess of a yard followed immediately by the install of sod, decorative rocks and mulch. This is the nicest sod I’ve ever seen and within two weeks it looked like it was a mature yard. The photos show my yard at only a couple of weeks out and I have already mowed several times. Jason was excellent to work with; honest, fair, super responsive and he is a man of his word. If he said his team would be there to do some work; they were. The entire team was just as good and I commend them for their professionalism and attention to detail and care they gave to the garden I had already in place. Not one leaf was harmed in the making of this yard. You will not find a better experience for any of your landscaping needs. I’m super happy and psyched about the job they did, and my home and yard look like a million bucks now. What a great experience!

I truly can’t praise Jason and his staff at Southern Hospitality enough! We just recently completed a backyard project and it turned out great!! Every employee we worked with was an absolute joy and very professional. They made sure every detail was just exactly how we wanted it! We can’t recommend them enough. They were very fast with completing our project as well! Truly the best company to work with! If we ever have another landscaping project we will 100% go with this company again.

We are so pleased with Southern Hospitality from the first phone call to the after installation service. Highly recommend this company, it's hard to find a company that cares about it's service and delivery and this one really delivered. The response time to phone calls is great, the scheduling process was great and the installation was outstanding. The project manager was outstanding, he made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and we worked together on the process. Couldn't of been more patient and partnering, Jason is awesome. The final installation process was handled by Chad who showed up on the final day to complete the details and he was awesome. Everything through out this project was outstanding. We will definitely use this company again as we fine tune our new yard!

We first when to southern hospitality and their ideas were probably the most helpful. We shopped around, the ideas that were like Southern hospitality's were more expensive and the cheaper one just didn't look as good. Will they make a mistake or two? Yes, but every big project will. Doug was very good at listening to our concerns and fixing issues.

Our yard looks amazing. We've had it for a week and it brings smiles. Particularly the putting green. We're still waiting for the sod to turn to grass and they have some jasmines to bring, but overall, we're extremely please.

Five stars for Southern Hospitality and Landscaping! From the initial consultation, they were fantastic about understanding my budget and creating a more Florida-friendly yard that would require minimal upkeep. They listened to my vision and offered expert suggestions for plants and features that would thrive in our climate. Communication was top-notch – they kept me informed every step of the way, from design changes to scheduling updates. The crew was professional, friendly, and meticulous in their work. My yard has never looked better, and I can't wait to spend more time enjoying it without the constant maintenance. This was my first experience with Southern Hospitality but won't be my last.

I was recommended Southern by a friend. Jason, Doug, and their staff did an amazing job transforming my backyard into a space my wife and I can use now. The 3D designs from the start were very impressive and helped us plan out the space. I was able to split the project into two phases because of the amount of work needed to be done. Damien and his Irrigation crew did a fantastic job with the sprinklers and well pump setup. The landscaping was all installed in a day and the staff was very knowledgeable about everything going in. The artificial turf turned out great as well. I highly recommend these guys for any landscaping projects you need help with!

We desired to have some landscaping and paving work done around our home and chose Southern Hospitality based on a recommendation from a friend. The project involved the removal of an old tree stump, removal of a rotting deck, removal of sprinkler heads, moving water lines as well as electrical, a good amount of general clearing, paver installation, sod replacement and garden beds installation. We worked with Doug from start to finish. At times communication was certainly challenging but much of that was due to the staffing changes that were occurring during our project. Now that Eric has been hired, things should be smoother. Damian as well as the men who worked on our project were excellent. They even made helpful suggestions for things we had not considered! Our project was also interrupted by Hurricane Milton and Helene which were out of anyones control. What I most appreciate is that despite the challenges faced, Doug was accountable and understanding. He made sure that at the end of the day, we were satisfied with the work and price. That meant a lot to my wife and I and is the primary reason we will look to use them again for other projects in addition to recommending them to others. We are very pleased with the completed project and have received multiple compliments from neighbors in our community.

Absolute trash work. Met at my house to plan patio which was fully explained and agreed upon (deposit paid). Crew shows up and in very broken English asked “what they were suppose to do” had to use translator on my phone to explain job. Noticed immediately the patio was uneven, no stones cut to fit. Called and relayed this. (Card immediately charged for remainder).Later after the first rain, I found the patio to drain into my house. They came back with no fill material and raised the edge agains my house so now the patio forms a 2 inch deep puddle. Called again and they stopped answering the phone. I had to show up at their office and was explained that the crew chief was instructed to stop answering my call. I had to call their parent company “ Russell Landscape Group” to get any traction. The crew showed up with fill, relaid the patio and buried the border curb. Called again with no answer. Showed back up at their office after 2 weeks and they came out, poured a non matching section of curb and left. Now I find out they never replaced the weed barrier and now I can’t keep weeds out of my patio… The patio will have to be completely redone at my expense… and yes, I called Russell Landscape Group and they did not care…
