I recently had the pleasure of working with AM Air, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very first call to the completion of the service, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly courteous. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.

I am highly satisfied with the fast and courteous service of AM Air-conditioning and Heating Services. Andrew provided a honest and accurate quote for the needed repairs. We scheduled the repairs to be completed the next day, Saturday. He and his team was prompted and very efficient in completing the repairs in less than two hours. I found his advertisement in the St. Petersburg Beacon and I am so glad I contacted them for the service repairs. I highly recommend them for your heating and air problems. 5 - Star Service.

Fernando was prompt, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and his recommendations for me. He was kind in switching his shoe coverings going in and out of the home (I prefer no shoes worn in the house due to a young child who is immune compromised) and he was quick to get the job done.

I highly recommend Fernando and Adirondack Services for your home! I will be requesting Fernando as a service provider (if possible) each time we have AC needs and/or for our 2x a year tune-ups.

Fernando provided excellent service and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Did a great job cleaning the whole system and installing a UV light to prevent future issues from humidity!

Shopped around a few A/C places for quotes and inspection for my broken A/C unit. The technician was knowledgeable and provided an understandable diagnosis with before and after pictures. I had a different company quote me to replace the whole unit. But the Adirondack technician got my A/C unit running again for a fraction of the price and without needing to replace the entire unit. Saved me thousands going with them for repair

Fernando was the on-call tech when I called in on a Sunday. I had previously gone to another company, but they were not willing to show up until 4 the next day. He got me up and running that day, then came back later in the week to perform more in depth repairs. Adirondack came back with better pricing than the prior company I had called out for the same repairs, so it seemed like a no-brainer to me. Fernando was very professional, polite, and very clearly had an in-depth understanding of HVAC systems as a whole. He laid out drop cloths to protect my floors and cleaned up everything once he was done.

We have used this company for years for maintenance etc. this time our ac/heat unit completely died. They were able to get a service tech out that afternoon. We were given a very reasonable replace cost and they were here by 8am the next day to replace the system. Yaddiel and Nate did an awesome job - knowledgeable, professional, personable and kept us informed about everything that they were doing. They ensured the system (heat and air) were working properly. I’m can’t say enough good about this company - from the person answering the phone, to the technician to the installers - 5 star all the way. I will continue to use Adirondack Services for all my future needs
