Most unprofessional hvac company I’ve ever experienced, Dont hire them if you have a serious deadline that needs to be met, dont hire them if you expect honesty and communication, Dan the guy who runs the company is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever came across, they don’t take no accountability for anything and love to blame everyone else for their problems. It’s a wonder how they’re staying in business with the way it’s so poorly managed, I’d highly advise against any ever using this company because they will screw you over then try to make it out like it was all your fault.

I am very satisfied with my recent purchase and installation by Florida A/C Services. The entire process from quote to completion was extremely professional. The install crew was prompt and did an excellent job! Florida A/C Services offered better competitive pricing, a 10-year parts warranty and a 2-year labor warranty. I highly recommend this company.

What a great experience! The price for the new HVAC install was extremely fair and beat out competitors by a landslide. Tim and Nick were extremely professional and provided great customer service too! They got me on the schedule for the HVAC install in my home ASAP (within 2 days of getting the estimate… WOW) and the job was completed very efficiently. The workers who installed my my HVAC worked really hard to complete the job in one day and Tim and Nick provided effective solutions for all issues we encountered. Tim, Nick, and the whole crew who completed the install in my home were very personable as well which made it a pleasure to do business with them. This was my first time going through the process of having an HVAC installed in my home and Florida A/C Setbices made the whole experience less stressful. Their technician was professional, quickly diagnosed the issue with the start circuit, and had my system up and running in no time. We called Florida A/C Services based on their perfect 5 Star review on Google and I can say that it is well deserved. I called at 8:30am and the technician, Nick, was at our house by 1. He diagnosis the problem (faulty capacitor) and had out A/C up and running again in 10 minutes. We had a similar issue 6 years ago and Nick’s estimate was $300 less than the estimate we got from another company 6 years ago and that was with a 20% discount for having signed up with their maintenance plan. The previous company we used also spent more time trying to sell me a new unit than servicing it. Nick did not pressure me on anything, even after telling him the age of my a/c. Florida A/C Services won me over for all my HVAC service and repairs. I have already recommended them to 3 people within the week of service. Thank you, Florida A/C Services!

Excellent recommendations and technical explanations. Provided proposal for new system while he was here with two options and comparisons. Helpful with questions, etc. Tim met me on pricing for a new system and the installation and installers were top-notch. Showed up, as promised, to complete the things by installing a custom fabricated vent cover and UV light. Overall, totally impressed by the professional process from start to finish. The installers were phenomenal!

We have had several crappy A/C companies over the last 8 years. We contacted Florida A/C systems last year and purchased a new system for our beach house. It has been an outstanding experience!
