amazing customer service. Professional from start to finish. I highly recommend to anyone in need great company, thanks a lot.

Thank you for the best cleaning. I will definitely use you again in the future and I recommend about you only because you are super knowledgeable.

Great experience with the team. It was awesome to see the results after you left. I failed more better than pressure because of you thank you.

I made an appointment for them to come over. I figured with all the five star reviews these were my guys.

I was told that the technician would call me before coming over. So when Mike texted I called him.

Just so you know I never actually used their services because "Max" (is the name he said when I called) made it clear he didn't want my business.

Called for a simple dryer vent cleaning--thought might be an issue with the vent installation based on what my prior handyman said. Instead of coming over and diagnosing the issue, I got the third degree.

"Do you own the house?" (Why would I call if I didn't?)

"How do you know it's the vents?" (Because that's what happens when dryers don't dry?)

Then he tells me I need to check for blockages in the vent.

Isn't that... your job?

When I asked if he actually wanted the work, the attitude got worse. So when he asked if I still wanted him to come over, I said no, I think I'll pass.

Look, I'm not asking for a red carpet. Just basic professionalism.

If you enjoy being questioned like a suspect in your own home, Max is your guy.

Everyone else... keep looking.

"UPDATE: Owner contacted me personally and made personnel changes. Professional response to the situation."

Fantastic experience! The crew was polite, worked efficiently, and explained every step. I’ll definitely use them again in the future.
