They also answered all my questions and provided all the necessary support throughout the entire process, always communicating at every step even after the work was completed. Amazing work by Efrain and his crew replacing my roof. Communication was great before, during, and after. The crew arrived early and finished in one day, leaving my yard cleaner than when they arrived. Most importantly the roof looks great. I am very happy I chose Trust Roofing

As a Realtor, I had an excellent experience working with Trust Roofing. After a home inspection revealed the need for a new roof and the original buyer fell through, I reached out to Dallas based on another Realtor’s referral — and I’m so glad I did. Dallas was responsive, professional, and understood the urgency of our situation. He met with my seller and me within 24 hours, provided a clear, detailed, and affordable estimate the same day, and offered a transferable warranty that became a key selling feature for future buyers.
Erol, the project manager, kept us informed throughout the process and went above and beyond by addressing an existing gutter issue unrelated to their work. The roof was completed quickly, beautifully, and without stress to the seller. Trust Roofing made what could have been a difficult situation smooth and efficient. I’ll absolutely be recommending and using them again for future clients!

Having worked in procurement of goods and services with federal funds in the past, I learned that getting a minimum of three estimates for any project is a must do. Of the quotations I received, Trust Roofing Inc. was the most detailed and immediate. Their roof inspection was thorough and once the project began, their communication was constant as the permitting, scheduling and materials delivery progressed. I am very pleased with the workmanship and appearance of the finished roof installation.

Trust is completely awesome. Their prices are right in market range, but the difference is their people, top to bottom. My new roof is beautiful and the crew worked hard on long days to get it done. They went above and beyond, even doing work I didn’t expect- like replacing rotted fascia’s, and fixing soffits. They cleaned up my yard completely when they were done. I can’t say enough good things about Robin and Winnie Scherer, my key contact Tyler, and everyone else involved. I wish I knew all their names Don’t call anyone else. Just call Trust.

This is the best roofing company I have worked with. Chris was always on time and gave me an affordable bid. Allison and Erol always stayed on top of things and streamline the process of getting the permit. You do not need to shop around and this is the best roofing company.

Outstanding Experience with Trust Roofing!

I just had my TPO roof installed by Trust Roofing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Supervisor Erol and his crew showed up exactly on time and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were clear from start to finish.

The team worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure I understood what was happening at each step. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both exceptional workmanship and top-notch customer service, but Trust Roofing absolutely does.

TJ came out and inspected my roof when I was getting quotes. He offered suggestions and went through the process and didn’t leave anything out. He was clear on what was going to happen and assured me we’d be in good hands with his PM.
Erol was the project manager and he did a wonderful job. Amazing communication throughout the project. They were able to work with me on an unforeseen delay that required us to push the project out by a day less than 12 hour before they were getting ready to start. Booked 2 days for the project, but got it done in one. They were clean, and efficient, and the roof looks amazing!!

Trust Roofing has been the most professional roofing company I have worked with over my 75 years on earth. They completed the work in a timely manner and kept me up to date in progress by sending pictures as the work was progressing. There was a miscommunication in the amount of work to be done. The technician did 3 times MORE work than I had contracted. I have 3 skylights, but since only one of them leaked, I contracted for only one. Trust accidentally repaired all three. The company did not attempt to charge me extra. The technician cleaned up very well. Everyone I communicated with at the company was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Trust Roofing…and generally speaking, I don’t normally have a high opinion of roofing companies. Trust Roofing has given me more hope that trusting reputable companies still exist.

I’m posting on behalf of Mrs Pamela Bray. Trust Roofing was amazing. They did not take long to get her roof started. The most amazing part was Chris and Natasha were wonderful. Considering the fact my neighbor was in the hospital critically ill. They took that in consideration. To the point they took contract for her to sign right there. Once she was out of danger. After that they completed job and did not push her for the payment. I had to notify them to remind them she owes you money and is ready to pay. The job was done in one day. She loves her new roof they did a great job. Would we recommend this company YES we would. Now the house looks better customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Trust Roofing did an amazing job on our new roof. It looks great and was one of the lowest cost of the 5 estimates I had done when choosing a roofing company. Sarah and Erol were easy to work with and even coordinated with a solar company to remove and replace my solar panels. I would absolutely use them again.

From the time of estimate with TJ, who was super efficient and acquiring details of the scope with Chance to the scheduling with Allison and the actual install with Jorge and Armando, I am highly impressed. Everyone I contacted was super knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend TRUST roofing for any and all of your roofing needs.

Happy with installation of roof and completion time for that. We had other repairs to siding that took a VERY long time, (over a year) and I feel we paid more than we should have for. The staff at Trust Roofing are pleasant to work with and do work with you to resolve any problems.
