Mike and his company are 5 stars. It is a family operated company with his son and brother Shawn who do an amazing job. We've been with Mike for a little over a year now and are happy with our pool services. The communication is always there and Mike always replies within 2-3 days. We recommend Mike's Pool Service to anyone in need of a trustworthy company!

Mike's Pool Service LLC of Largo, FL . Mike and Shawn have been extremely responsive and professional. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. The knowledge they have technically and with the business is very in depth. I had a tremendous amount of questions and pool issues. They both were able to answer everything in detail. They responded to my emergency issues in less than 12 hours and the issues were corrected and resolved on the spot. They are very professional and extremely courteous. I would recommend this company over all of them. I also love that each time they service the pool I know exactly that day what they did with a detailed follow-up report. Beware! Mikes Pool Service is the worst. Our pool always looks terrible 2 day’s after service for the past year… I recently complained for the 1st time about the yellow stains and dirt…They blame it on the fact that the pool isn’t screened in. Their solution was for us to hire them to come out twice a week..Since I do not want to pay for them to come out twice a week, they said they would rather cut ties with our account, since they only have one other pool in the area and it is basically an inconvenience…Keep in mind there are homes on my street upward of 10 million….This is the type of neighborhood you want to market to… Small minded mindset! Mike’s Pool Service did the bare minimum and beyond unprofessional. Think twice before hiring them

Jade and his crew were fantastic! They helped me after Hurricane Helene to get my boats in the water by rewiring my lifts so I could get them out of harm’s way as Hurricane Milton approached. His guys actually physically lifted my jet ski off the lift and placed it in my garage! Great service and I would recommend them without reservation!

Jade, Oden and team did a fantastic job on my dock electric. After Helene it was ripped out. They replaced 2 lift boxes and 3 GDCI outlets, rewired everything. Super nice guys, knowledgeable and treated fairly. Reminder to all to review the scope of work and the proposal so there’s no misunderstandings. Would use them again 100%.

Oden Payton and his assistant where so efficient replacing the ceiling fan bracket (he had to go up in the attic in this heat) and install the new fan. The clean up after was great.

Oden came out to fix our pool light. Due to manufacturer’s mislabeling the light didn’t work. Oden went above and beyond and figured it out how to get it working even though the instructions were incorrect. I highly recommend perfect catch for any electrical needs or pool needs thanks guys!

Our home was damaged in Hurricane Helene and took more than 3 feet of water. We knew that we would need all the electric service replaced and really wanted a very reliable company to do this work. Sadly I lost my Aunt and Uncle in an electrical fire as a child so I have always been afraid of electric. Jade came out to give us a bid and we were very reassured by his knowledge and additional ideas for future storms. They sent out a crew that worked to put our house back together with all new electric. Odin and Josh were standouts on the team, they worked extremely hard and gave me a great sense of reassurance knowing that the work was being done right. After our project I had a few questions, Odin came right back out to go over everything with me. Such a nice young man, he gave me great comfort knowing the house was safe for us to move back in.
