This company is terrible, they constantly miss garbage pick up. They left 20 bags of garbage in the middle of the parking lot and when they were made aware of this their decision was to leave it there for the next 5 days. Which was nice to have over the holidays when friends and family was over.

This company is growing faster than it can keep up with. They are gobbling up smaller collection services as they move north from Miami. My previous collection service was great...they never missed a pick up and offered ample collection. Coastal came along, bought them out, and now I have had nothing but headaches. They have missed multiple collection days. They have lowered the number of cans/items that can be collected. They have even cancelled (yes, cancelled!) my service without my consent... I had to figure that out on my own after a 1.5 weeks of missed pick ups. They reinstated my account but had no reasoning behind the cancellation. When calling about my bill, customer service was not very helpful and gave me that phone number for the Billing department. That person couldn't make heads or tails of my charges either... I am currently searching for a new collection service, but have to wait 30 days, per Coastal's cancellation policy. I can't wait.

This porta john has been stuck in a construction site wildlife conservation area for over a week. I’ve called the number everyday. No answer, no response. It is labeled Precision, but I called and the voicemail says Coastal? I’m hoping that any attention this post makes will help clean this problem up.
