I called to schedule appointment, the girl was more than accommodating to move it up. A little earlier. they never showed, 😡 never called, where I ended up calling them at 9:17 My appointment was for 8 AM. she said she would have to look into it. She call me right back. now 11:35 AM still no call back.
Now have spent Half my day sitting here waiting for them to call me. 🤯 I called them and they … there was emergency. You’re a technical error or whatever but do not have the professional courtesy to inform me. DO NOT USE AR sprinkler ! 🤬

Sent them text photos of my tall coconut palms that need trimming and thw nuts removed. Within an hour I had an estimate. They were very reasonable on there price. They showed up on time and the guys did everything without any glitches, they even removed a stump at half the price the other guys wanted.

AR Maintenance was a pleasure to work with. They were professional through the quote and service process. I loved that I was able to text and FaceTime with the field manager to clear up what I needed from the service on the trees. The crew even worked through the rain. They also cleaned up after their work was done. They are the best. As a first time home owner, I did my due diligence looking for licensed companies. They checked all the boxes with their licenses and insurance. Look no further to schedule all your tree trimming and removal needs.

Had two very large trees trimmed and some sod put down. Even though they did not do any work on my sprinkler system they checked it to make sure it was working and had proper coverage. The crew was great and arrived on time and completed the job in time for me to leave for work. (Even after waiting so they could use the fresh shipment of sod). I was very satisfied though two of my existing shrubs were damaged by falling tree limbs. FYI they do not accept credit cards - only cash or check.

I love them guys and plus they know what they're doing especially that guy with the cowboy hat very respectful always working hard 💪
