Mike and Matt were referred to me by my home warranty company and they were absolutely fantastic to work with. Mike had great communication and was extremely informative, helping me to make decisions on a couple issues for my duplex.

The tech Matt was punctual and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Bring The Cool and will be requesting them specifically next time I have a claim with my warranty company.

They were very friendly, knowledgeable about the AC Unit and about how often I should have the AC Maintenance done. I had my unit repaired by them weeks ago, and it’s been working exceptionally since then. Today I got a service maintenance to clean the coils and the drain line. They did an exceptional job and at a reasonable price. I recommend them for all your AC needs!!!

This company fixed my a/c and it lasted about 12 hours. When they came back out to fix it they said parts needed to be ordered and then completely ghosted. It has been a week and three days of non stop calling and trying to get in touch unsuccessfully. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Very impressed with this company. Mike first came out at the end of the day to troubleshoot and fix a ductwork issue. While here, the thermostat failed and he replaced it. Mike saved me from having to spend a night without AC. I was so impressed I asked him to come back and get me started on annual maintenance, which he did. Mike is professional and cares about the customer. Use Bring the Cool! You will be happy with the service provided.

Had them back for a second unit and once again over and above. Polite friendly and professional. Thank you for understanding working families.

We were given a 12:00-4:00 service window to service the AC blowing warm air, he pulled into the drive at 12:30. He checked the coolant, compressor and capacitor. The capacitor was bad which he replaced, started it back up blowing cool air and was driving away in less than 30 min. 😎

Do not use Bring the Cool. They will not return your callls/emails I have been waiting for 3 weeks to discuss my A/C installation. This is a warranty claim, BTC labor & non covered items are outrageous
Integrity and Honesty, this they are lacking.

I'm not sure what the scam is they have going on but they keep saying they have submitted the report to the home warranty company but haven't. Then they say they will submit it by 6:00pm but didn't. They don't answer their phone, return calls or respond to texts. Zero communication. My repair is covered under my policy if they would just submit their report. But no worries, I just had my claim assigned to another company. And I WILL be contacting the Department of Professional Regulation Monday morning.

Bring The Cool was great to work with. They were contracted through our Warranty. Quick appointment, thorough inspection and diagnostics of our unit. I have used them several times and happy with their services

First I have to say the technician Joshua was great. Gave me a 15 Mins adance courtesy call to notify me they are on the way. He is actually the 2nd guy who came to repair my AC. The first one who came 38 days ago didn't do that. Plus why I have to say 38 days ago is because in the home warranty, if the same recurring issue comes back within 30 days, I won't need to pay for the fee again. So the 3rd stars was for this issue that the same recurring issue came back on the 38th day. Therefore I had to call my home insurance warranty again and of course I had to pay again. And my home insurance has to assign them again! I requested for another Ac company but they say they have to use them again. If the first technician could have fixed it and made it last for at least 3 to 6 months, I wouldn't have given a 3 stars.

However Bring the Cool company itself can improve on sowething as well. They gave us an available appt on both times a week away from the time we called our home warranty insurance. Our home warranty assigned them immediately. So no delays on home warranty side. Can you imagine an AC not working in the hot 90 degrees for a whole week? How can anyone wait for this company to come fix their problem? Maybe they were short staffed the first time, but this is 2nd time around, and it's still the same 1 week wait.
All I hope now is I don't have the same recurring problem 3rd time with slightly past 30 days again. If it does, I will for sure come back here and lower the stars on the review or write a new one with 1 star.

Our Tech was Mike. Great Tech - Efficient analysis and repair. Showed up on time and was very friendly. We scheduled through our home warranty and had an appt within a few days.Analysis and repair was completed in the same visit. We recommend this Tech/Company for HVAC repair.

Cornelius was personable friendly quick and professional. My house was 90 degrees and set at 63. I work from home and th heat was starting to make me physically ill. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed about what he was doing the issue and solutions on how to prevent the problem in the future. I would recommend Cornelius hands down!

I had scheduled a home warranty repair for my HVAC system that stopped working which was already a mess. Had to call an emergency repair company to come fix it & it was fixed. Decided to keep my appointment from the home warranty company that was scheduled with Bring The Cool. First, they don’t answer calls or voicemails at all. Next, the tech comes out and I tell him the system is running fine but I was told by the emergency tech it probably needs more refrigerant, so he adds some to the system. 15 minutes after he leaves my system is powered on for 2 seconds & powers off. This happens nonstop. The tech doesn’t answer texts or phone calls & the company won’t answer phone calls from my home warranty company. The “final report” won’t be submitted so my home warranty company can’t move on with using another company or rescheduling another appointment. Awful experience in this early summer Florida heat

The technician Alex was very helpful about the AC unit and that it needed replaced. Kept in contact for me to kennel my dogs. Did an awesome job to give me my AC back being on oxygen and disabled. Thank you

Kyle called me several times to inform me of when he would arrive. He was very polite, knowledgeable and went right to work. Had the problem diagnosed, part replaced and nice COLD A/C within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend this company again.

Haven't even been serviced yet, but they keep scheduling the appointment without contacting me to make sure it works with my schedule as well. As others have stated, I tried calling but there's an auto message stating they are unable to answer the phone, but then the voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message to call back! Ridiculous, and unfortunately, I'm stuck with them because this was set up with my home warranty.

Worst company I have dealt with. AC was at least keeping the house below 80. They come out and break it. AC blows 82. Contact them, 3 hours later. No answer, voicemail is full. Text them, they say tech is full n the way. 4 hours later, still no tech. They were selected for a home warranty. They are shady at best. Avoid them. I have no choice but to use them.

This company was scheduled through my home warranty. When I would try and call to get in touch with someone about my time there was no answer. They don’t answer the phone nor do they return calls when you leave a message. Got to the point where voicemail is full.

I had to have a technician come out 3 times and almost 4 to even fix our AC. Had one come out and say nothings wrong but my AC is set to 76 and is 83 degrees in my house. First time they fixed one thing, next time nothing wrong and the third time they fixed something else. Each time it was still at least 82 degrees in my house. I had scheduled to have them come back out but was going to be too long and ended up getting it fixed properly.

All and all if you have to deal with them good luck.

Absolute worst experience with a contractor in my life. They have been here over 6 times in the last yeR and still not resolved. They never call directly or answer phone call. I have been waiting 10 days for them to send my home warranty company a rrport to no avail. They were here 6/23 and said issue was resolved. They were here 10 days ago and said issue was resolved. They were here today and now it’s a new issue that the contractor today said should have been caught. They use contractors. I had an appointment 12-4 today. Office never called. Contractor calked at 6:20 said he will be here shortly. DO NOT USE awful
