The first thing is that JTE was very responsive. I called Thursday and they were able to send someone within 24 hours. Electrician Jesse came at the appointed time, listened to my issues and went to work narrowing in to resolve the electrical problem. I had a couple of issues that he repaired quickly. Jesse was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him

JTE has done my electrical work for years. They have a quick turn around and provide quality work every time. Mike was out today to handle an issue. He was able to identify what an odd switch in my house does. I've owned this house 7 years and he's the first one that knew, everyone there is friendly and professional.

Mike, the technician came in a timely manner and was extremely polite and professional. He provided the service exactly as quoted and asked for with success. We needed our hot water heater to have electrical power and after 5 PM he was here and we now have hot water, which is a blessing.
Mona who took our call Was very helpful and understanding and there was absolutely no confusion. She was really excellent at her job.
