Horrible!!!!! At first we were so happy with the service. Even recommended them to friends, something I only do if I am pleased. We hired them to keep our property that is up for sale, maintained. During a random visit to the home, I discovered that the backyard was a mess, things overgrown. I spent 5 hours trimming and working on the home to get it ready for an upcoming open house. I called the company furious, the owner told me that he was upset with his crew and fired the person. (don't believe it at all). He tried to make it better by coming out himself to help. I then decided to trust him with a sod job at our current residents. Even after specific instructions, they put some of the sod in the wrong spot and they had left before I saw it so I had to go out and fix it myself. They were also to give us a quote on getting our irrigation working, they spent an hour on that, and in the process killed several plants that the water was hitting. (plants that don't like the leaves wet) we were quoted 900 to remove a tree and they did it for $700. Even with all of the hiccups, we gave them another job, to cut two stumps and grind out a root of a plant (small job). We had them transfer garden beds from the house we are selling to our current property. Between the tree, the sod and the garden beds we spent close to $3000 with them in just a few days. They never showed for the stumps, the roots or the rest of the irrigation work. Today I find out that they just completely stopped mowing at the house for sale and we had another open house!! I am done giving this company chances. I can understand if you get a bad crew or employees, but after the first issue, I was dealing directly with the owner. Unprofessional and completely incompetent.

Lionel and his team are fantastic! I used Presidential to install my sod and irrigation after my pool construction. It's been a little over a month and the sod looks fantastic. I also used Presidential for the landscaping around my pool and it looks great. Lionel and I were having a conversation about how I can't get a fence company to reinstall a section of my fence that was taken down for the construction of my pool. Lionel had informed me that he use to do fencing back in the day and that if I still can't get the fencing company to come out, to let him know and that he can go ahead and do it for me. So guess what no fencing company returned my call and I used Lionel and his team for my fence reinstall. Lionel and his team went above and beyond. I will definitely be using Presidential again to change up the landscaping in the front of my house. Lionel, you are the man!!!

Lionel is great. Kind, smart and he has a great eye for design. He basically took care of our yard for 2 years before we lived here full time:) He has also been our point person for so many other services we have needed. We couldn’t recommend him any higher!
