With the employee shortage businesses are experiencing we were extremely thankful Air Advantage was able to service our central air unit on the day we called. Chris was very knowledgeable, pleasant and answered all our questions. The kind of employee a business could only hope for to represent them!

The preventive maintenance service contact originally presented stated they would clean and replace filters, add water treatment tabs, and other tasks. Within a month of the first service we had a unit go down several times. The first time they stated the filters needed changed, that their service agreement only states change filters as necessary. Who determines the as necessary you ask? They do! The same unit went down in another 2 weeks. The condensate line was clogged. They only cover condensate lines within 30 days of service. Our call was around 45 days. When I called they had an excuse for everything and promised to refund my two service calls. But that is not the end my friend. They never issued the refunds which were paid at time of service. Alas another unit went down after a month. This unit’s condensate line was so clogged they needed to blow it out. If a service technician is truly providing good service this should never happen. We have had houses in Florida for over 10 years and have never run into these types of issues. When you hire someone to provide preventive service you don’t expect these issues to arise at the rate we have seen. We have had over $1000 in service related issues within 4 months. Horrible experience!!!
