The technician who worked on our unit, Luis, was excellent. He was thorough, professional, and most importantly, very knowledgeable. He fixed a problem we were having that other AC companies in the area had tried to but failed. Thank you, Luis! And thank you Air Advantage...

With the employee shortage businesses are experiencing we were extremely thankful Air Advantage was able to service our central air unit on the day we called. Chris was very knowledgeable, pleasant and answered all our questions. The kind of employee a business could only hope for to represent them!

I have been using Air Advantage since I moved in 2014 and the service iS OUTSTANDING from the office end and the Techs.

I also would like to add that I have been using Luis the Technician since day one and his work is perfect and clean he is very conscientious and he is alaways about the Customer

Air Advantage installed a new system in our home and did an incredible job installing and utilizing our existing ductwork. Furthermore, they solved our drain line issue, even though it is a 15-year-old line, by installing a pump to push the water out. Their installation and service are top-notch, and I highly recommend them.

Luis serviced my unit yesterday. It is not the first time that he has done the service. Luis is a very capable technician and I ask for him each time.
He is a credit to the company for his quality of work; punctuality and his responsiveness to answering questions. I will continue to ask for him to perform my service.

Great company and knowledgeable tech. I called for same day after hours repair and Sean was great. He was knowledgeable and explained to us what was wrong with our unit and repaired it. Highly recommend, just gained a new customer and will be using them for maintenance going forward.

I am a new customer of Air Advantage Heating & Cooling Inc. I called at 4:30pm yesterday, to try and schedule a future visit by a technician. The woman who answered the phone was professional, and explained the dispatcher was on another call, and asked if they could return my call. I received a return call a few minutes later, explained my issue (a/c stopped cooling), and waited to find out when a technician would be available. Much to my surprise, I was informed they would come out THE SAME DAY between 5:30pm - 7:00pm.

Kain arrived within the window of time and got to work right away. During his diagnostics/inspection, he was professional, explained what he was doing in detail, didn't rush through the task in any way, and resolved my issue within 90 minutes of arrival. My air conditioner began dropping the temperature down slowly, and in a couple of hours it was back to normal temperature for me.

I never met anyone in Air Advantage Heating & Cooling Inc prior to hiring them, but it didn't take long for the company and staff to earn my trust and appreciation. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service from a respected company operated by trustworthy individuals.

Louis was our technician and he is the best. Easy to work with and follows up if there is a problem. He even went back to double check how he set our thermostat after a repair. We recommend him often. Our neighbors at Marsh Landing all ask for him for their service.

Always great service even if overnight and weekends. I’ve been using air advantage a couple years for maintenance checkups and they’re always helpful. Last night I arrived at my condo to find out the AC wasn’t working and even though it was a Friday night they had someone out within an hour and he came back today to fix everything he couldn’t get to based on it being dark and stormy last night

Our property management company has been using Air Advantage for the last 15 years. They service about 1/2 of our 100 properties, not only for non-cooling emergencies but they have also replaced many units, even in my own personal properties. Highly recommended.

What a great experience! Ricky the technician, was very professional and did a great job. He was able to repair the A/C unit and we are extremely satisfied!!! He even reached out to see if he could come earlier because another customer had to reschedule.

Air Advantage has been maintaining our home air conditioning system for the the past 2 years with honesty and integrity.
Our technician, Luis Ramos, is always very cordial and on time when he comes for our semi-annual system maintenance. He has never tried to sell us something we did not need.

Our AC went out during the night so I called Air Advantage at 8 AM. Tech Adrian was at my door an hour later! Turns out our older A/C system needed some refrigerant. Adrian did NOT look for additional problems then attempt to "up sell" me. Great service, honest and well trained techs and fair prices.

Yesterday I had a routine ac maintenance and for years I have been using Air Advantage. I generally know all of the technicians, but yesterday met Hoffman for the first time. He was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, polite and took snapshots of all work completed. He explained things to me, helped me understand how to use my inside control panel properly. I just can’t say enough good things about this technician. He is certainly an asset to this company. Thank you Hoffman for educating me yesterday! My mistake I changed I thought I checked all the boxes. Excuse me my error.

Our air handler was frozen, the Air Advantage technician Hoffmann diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it on site. Cannot overstate how professional he was. I was thrilled with the service.

Air Advantage has been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them. They help me with my second home, and I don't stress about not being there. Team members are all pleasant to work with and technicians show up as scheduled. A rarity these days!

Air Advantage has been servicing the two HVAC units in our home in Naples since we bought the house in 2014. Without exception, their service techs have been knowledgable, courteous meticulous. The company is always immediately responsive to our needs. This is an extremely well run company whose top priority is excellent customer service!

We have used Air Advantage's services since 2014. We have always received excellent and quick service. Luke came to our house within 30 minutes of our calling this past Tuesday night. By Wednesday night we had a new compressor and a cool house.

I've used a number of A/C vendors over the years but prefer Air Advantage. We've also had a number of different techs from their company for both service and repair and we've been pleased with all of them. Today they performed a semi annual maintenance and sent their tech, Hoffmann for the first time. He was prompt, polite, professional and extremely thorough. He took the time at the end to go over everything he did along with pictures of each step, explaining as he went along. Company and tech both highly recommended.
